GreatScott82
Its going to be a tough battle tonite. If I recall Cabrera dominated us last season. Freddy will need to hold his own if we have a chance of winning. Should be an awesome match-up. Hopefully the offensive can give Freddy 3-4 runs to work with, he hasn't had that much run support so far this season.

SoxFan1
3-5 vs the O's with a 3.69 ERA??? That means FreddyG needs some more run-support like we have been giving Jon this year. Go SOX!!!!

Screw my friends tonight, I'm staying home to watch this beauty. I had the same dilemma last night. Go see my footy team play (they won by 70 points taking their record to 6-2) or to work. My decision, Work and watch the game on the TV @ work, pretending to do work.

At least the wedding reception could be fun, but nothing is as fun as watching the Sox. I remember last year I was at Cabrera's MLB debut. (I think it was last year, maybe the year before) and he shut us down completely and Garland threw a complete game giving up one run and getting the loss IIRC. That was the most frustrating game I've ever been to.

I don't know if you heard about this, but WGN will be broadcasting the Crosstown Series this year (along with CSN, one station will have Hawk/DJ, the other will have Kasper and the other guy).
