qwerty
FOXSports.com is reporting that the Twins and Brad Radke have agreed to terms on a two-year, $18 million contract. It looks like GM Terry Ryan got serious at the last minutes. Radke could have gotten at least $27 million over three years from another team, but since he only may want to pitch two more years, this works fine. DBAHO
f***ing Bradke. What next? Cubs sign Pavano, Clement and Renteria? They already resigned Nomar and Walker and signed Blanco, who was probably our main catching target. Not a bad day's work.

redandwhite
Why can't other players be as loyal as Brad Radke? I don't like the Twins, but you go to respect not only Radke, but the entire organization.
redandwhite
Overlooked in this all is that Matt Morris is also off the market.

santo=dorf
Why can't other players be as loyal as Brad Radke? I don't like the Twins, but you go to respect not only Radke, but the entire organization. Freddy Garcia too. I couldn't imagine Freddy Coming to the south side for $27 million three years this offseason. Freddy.
qwerty
Dear Mr. Koskie, Enjoy Toronto. Sincerely, Terry Ryan Twins offered arbitration to 3B Corey Koskie, LHP Terry Mulholland and C Henry Blanco. Koskie now seems to be better than 50-50 to return to Minnesota. The Blue Jays may still have some interest, but they will find him less to their liking now that he'll cost a pick. Dec. 8 - 12:46 am et From rotoworld. Looks like a better chance he may return. :headshake

Chisoxfn
The Problem is Kubel and Restovich both went down. True. Minny may even feel confident that someone else goes two or 3 years with Koskie and that he takes the security of a long term deal.
Punch and Judy Garland
Those who felt the Sox overpaid for Garcia (and there were a LOT of fans, local media, and National media) need to eat crow right now. Garcia would orobably make nearly Bartolo money. Well over 4/40.
