Quick Question

Am I the only one who goes back and looks at the 2005 WHITE SOX ARE THE CHAMPS!! thread and gets goose bumps? I couldn't even imagine if we won it again. I don't know what would be sweeter- if we won it before or after the Cubs do it. Hopefully before, I don't want to wait another 30 years. :cheers

Move if necessary.

You know what, dude... it's been three years, and given the fact I've never witnessed anything like that before and due to the "luck" of the White Sox, I watch anything from 2005 and I get goosebumps and STILL have a hard time believing it happened...

What you just said, it gives me hope that it actually happened. Just like you, I can't even believe it sometimes. It seems like it was just yesterday. It's weird, the other night I watched game 3 and AJ's hit off Oswalt by the hill in Houston, even that gave me goosebumps. The PK homer never gets old, either...

I'm still proud of being the first one in there saying "Sonofab**** it worked"

I'm still proud for being the sole person responsible for the Sox World Series victory.

That moment just might be the single greatest moment ever for me as a Sox fan. Every time I see it (I watch it quite often), I just get chills.

I've been to a Nat'l championship football game(OSU/Mia),a final 4 (OSU/Fl), a OSU/Mich football game, and none of them compare to game 2 of the World Series in 2005. It will be the greatest game i will go to probably in my entire life. I still remember telling my cousin that ,no matter what, Konerko shouldn't swing at the first pitch :lolhitting . Then, the atmosphere after the game was unbelievable. My girlfriend got me 4 free tickets to that game. She's now my wife.
