SoxComms Posted September 26, 2008 Share Posted September 26, 2008 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Friday, September 26, 2008 WHITE SOX ANNOUNCE DETAILS FOR POTENTIAL MAKEUP GAME Game Originally Scheduled for September 13 May Be Played on September 29 CHICAGO – The Chicago White Sox vs. Detroit Tigers game originally scheduled for Saturday, September 13 at 2:55 p.m has been rescheduled for Monday, September 29 at 1:05 p.m., if necessary. The game would be televised on WGN-TV and broadcast on WSCR 670-AM. Tickets for the September 13 game will be valid for the makeup game on September 29. Prepaid parking coupons for September 13 may enter parking lots on the same coupon for the makeup game and cash parking receipts for the originally scheduled game should be exchanged for Comiskey Cash (concession vouchers). Currently, tickets for the September 29 game are available for purchase at whitesox.com, by calling 866-SOX-GAME or visiting the U.S. Cellular Field ticket office. If the September 29 game is not played, fans may exchange tickets for that game for tickets of equal or lesser value (based on availability) to any regular-season White Sox game in future seasons. Parking also may be exchanged for any future regular-season game. All exchanges should be made at the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office, either by mail (333 W 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616) or in person.
