Remember Soxtalk always has to b**** about sonething7 points

Great pitching by Clevinger and especially the BP. Just enough hitting ! 4th win in a row. Suck it Guardians! South side stand up !!4 points

Also, Schriffen was hanging out with the tailgaters in Lot B before the game. (I think he's done it before too) You would never see Stone do that with his "holier than thou" attitude. Give him a chance he's brand new, he will improve.4 points

12 games out of first place. The Royals probably aren't going to continue to play at a 98 win pace. I'm just saying.4 points

If your taking about "SS Stand Up", some people have to pick on every thing. It's his signature call, give him a break Jeez you should be happy we beat Cleveland instead of commenting on the announcers call.4 points

Weirdest part of the Jordan documentary of all time. This fucking white guy with the Jeri curl.3 points

This is the best I have seen them play thus far, the pitching has been very good and they largely haven’t let Ramirez beat them.3 points

Ramos’s defense seems better than advertised. Strong arm.3 points

I'm shocked people have difference levels of tolerance. They should all hate him like me . Can you find one nice thing to say in a game the Sox are winning ?3 points
-
Had Pedro thought about pinch running Shewmake 1 pitch earlier, the Sox would be up 4-1 on that Ramos flyball. Asleep at the wheel. Let's see how large that 1 run looms....3 points

But today is not that day for you. Again.3 points

Risk to all pitchers. Crochet has learned incredibly quickly. Kopech isn't worthy of anything but ignoring what crochet is doing and passing it off as a hot stretch is crazy imo. You must not be seeing what I am.3 points

One of the best interviews when they tried to get Korey Lee to talk about his HR in the dugout. He said something like, "yeah, it's good to get that run back", and the interviewer pursued, he gave a look like, "there's nothing more to say about it". He finally made up that somebody was yelling for him to get his equipment on, and ended the interview. Good work.3 points

Him calming down a pitcher who had been getting squeezed the other day was nice to see, but it sure as hell isn't worth keeping someone hitting. 090something on the roster for.3 points

Don't worry. Usually when I make a proclamation the other thing happens (Costanza-like).2 points

Yes indeed They are the weekend warriors Very fun baseball the last 3 weekends....the Sox are 7-1 I'll stand up for that!!!2 points

Ramos is slumping a bit but he came through with the glove today big time. Important quality for any player to separate defense and offense.2 points

A year ago to the date the Sox lost 1-9 to the Royals to move to 13-25 with a -67 RD. With the win today we are 12-28, while not trying, with our two best players hurt for almost all of it with a -83 RD. Incredibly, we had already given up 232 runs in two less games at this point last year. "Only" 202 RA by our staff so far in 2 more games. That's something.2 points

Yep, and for as cheesy as any of us may think it sounds, my 6 year old who loves baseball has been yelling it all day while playing. If we want the White Sox to still exist in 30 years, excitement and attention from kids is never a bad thing.2 points

Glad Vaughn filled the tank tonight with premium and not regular, and was able to score on the sacrifice fly.2 points

This team sure is fun to watch right now. Suck it Cleveland!2 points

Lucas Gordon finished with 6IP, 1ER, 1H, 3BB, 4K. Gave up a solo shot to lead off the sixth. Bush went 5.1IP, 6H, 2ER, 2BB, 9K. He was pulled with two runners on in the sixth. They scored on a HR from the next batter. Hoopii-Tuionetoa flashed some nice stuff in his Barons debut despite the HR, got swinging Ks on the other two batters he faced.2 points

Pedro is a 20th century manager, and not good even for that era.2 points
-
That's probably an accurate statement. Doesn't mean he should be out there - but I bet that is the case.2 points

Schultz done after 4IP, 1ER, 3H, 5K, 0BB. The run was a little unlucky: leadoff double, throwing error, grounder through the drawn in IF. Pitch count was only 60, but they seem set on 4 innings for now. Lucas Gordon looks fantastic for Kanny tonight, he's through 5 without giving up a hit. Bush is also shoving, 7K through 4 scoreless.2 points

Like that ball would come to close actually hitting any bone. We'd never see the ball again. He could carry a gun in there.2 points

I dislike him as a person, but Clevinger is dealing right now.2 points

well clearly it wasn't a wasted roster spot, they got a prospect out of it. that was ostensibly the rebuilding strategy from the get go, sign bums and hope some of them play well enough to be traded for something. If Robbie Grossman got that, what might Pham or DeJong or Wilson net? Or Fedde or Clevinger. Feels worth mentioning that DeJong has actually been good, much better than Rosario or Anderson on both sides of the ball.2 points
-
I think Kopech gets dealt and they'll listen on Crochet.2 points

Years ago, the Rockies had a journeyman player named Pacheco who was up and down a bit, and when he was called up the reporter asked what the biggest difference is, he said better food and walked away.2 points

Things are looking good with Crochet, Ramos, etc., and then you realize you have that annoying wart (Benintendi) that isn’t going away anytime soon. Man, next offseason would be looking so good with Moncada and Eloy gone, but then we still have that albatross.1 point
