  1. For sure. I just had a conversation with a buddy of mine about how we need to take a chance on a guy like Abrams because all we’ve done is take the safe player the last few years. Now I think I’m pro-Vaughn.
  2. I honestly change my mind daily on whether I want Abrams or Vaughn.
  3. 3-3 with 2 BBs. That's a hell of a day.
  4. Madrigal with two more hits tonight. Hitting streak up to 7 games, with 4 of those 7 being multi-hit games.
  5. Would you take getting swept by Houston and winning 2 of 3 from the Twins?
  6. Is Bryce Bush injured? I seem to recall him getting replaced a couple games ago, but I forgot to follow up.
  7. So you wouldn’t even sign Cole next year if we could?
  8. Are we expecting Eloy to be back after this weekend?
  9. Two days later, and he’s up to .270.
  10. Robert just came up with bases loaded/two outs and singled in a pair.
  11. Thanks. I just found this from Kiley McDaniel...
  12. Alrighty then...that settles it. Thanks!
  13. A few months ago, before this current high school season started, I read that Abrams had a better hit tool than Witt. Is that accurate and still believed to be true?
  14. If Rutschman and Vaughn go 1-2, and we take Abrams, how would you guys react? Happy we didn’t settle for a college bat? Upset we chose Abrams over Witt? Annoyed because he’s a guy KW supposedly likes?
  15. I posted this on the main board, but I’ll put it here too for those interested. Stat comparison so far this year: Vaughn: .375/.532/.704 with 13 HR, 47 BB, and 28 K Rutschman: .431/.581/.791 with 15 HR, 60 BB, and 31 K Their number of at bats are almost identical (152 to 153).
  16. Vaughn: .375/.532/.704 with 13 HR, 47 BB, and 28 K Rutschman: .431/.581/.791 with 15 HR, 60 BB, and 31 K Their number of at bats are almost identical (152 to 153).
  17. Is there any chance Baltimore or Kansas City take somebody not named Rutchman, Vaughn, or Witt? If not, then we probably have the least difficult decision in the draft.
  18. Good call. This was actually his second start in AA. Both games were 7 innings and 0 ER.
  19. I wasn't watching at that point. What exactly were they saying about Capra? (I saw the play where Garcia was thrown out at home, just missed the commentary after)
  20. Wasn't this his first start in AA?
  21. You must have only seen one angle. It 100% hit his left foot.
  22. Have there been any Jake Burger updates lately? Any guesses on when we can expect him back?
