Robert not taking 3B there continues to frustrate the hell out of me. I don't know if we can consider him plus speed anymore if continues to be this lazy.

The problem now with Vaughn is that with all the bitching everyone had demanding LaRussa move him up on the order, now for that stubborn old fuck to move him back the other way will probably take a full season. Can't win.

It's shit like this, and the failed developments of Eloy, Moncada, and Robert to become perennial power hitting run producers why I can 100% see the Sox not walking away from Abreu this offseason. And I wouldn't blame them.

Injuries can easily be used as an excuse. There has been zero continuity and momentum with the starting lineups. What was suppose to be the starting 8, plus Luery/Harrison has not had a chance to perform together yet. Same with the bullpen. The Sox have not had Kelly, Bummer, Graveman, Hendriks in that Bullpen together for any continuity.

Getting close to having to get guaranteed 1st inning ABs for our best bat, Abreu. Not sure who gets dropped in the order between Robert and Vaughn.

Off the top my head, LaRussa has managed great players like Pujols, McGwire, Canseco, Henderson, Molina, Edmonds, Carpenter, Baines, Fisk, Rolen and now with this squad Abreu and Anderson. Maybe the accountability should come from the players themselves. Eloy, Moncada, Robert, Grandal should all maybe look in the mirror and realize they are the problem.

Yeah, I'm sure Sosa took solace to that idea. Give me a break. Anyone who makes it to the show never wants to get sent down, especially unfairly when the guys they decided to keep just flat out suck.

Not that he played with Lenyn Sosa, but if I'm a promising minor league player right now for this franchise, I'd be very concerned at how that shit show was handled. a) should have never skipped AAA b) should have never been returned to that skipped AAA after just a handful of ABs here. Harrison, Leury, or the dumbass AAAA OF guy should have been launched to the moon first.
