  1. Have I been more wrong about anything in my baseball analysis life than reylo as a reliever this year? No. And I ficking love it for that guy. Love that it embarrases Rick too at the same time. Keep shoving reylo!
  2. I've been trying to enjoy the division push and be positive despite the team being hard to be positive about. No more tlr to hold them back. Have loved cairos in game moves so far (although would have went reylo for 2 tonight). We need a Cy fucking shove tomorrow from Dylan tomorrow night paired with a Robbie Ray dick shove against the Guardians and we're off life support Missed ya pal
  3. Just find a way to get there. Crazier things have happened. Sox have the rotation pieces to have a prayer, they just need to pull of the first miracle.
  4. Said at the time, thank you twins for letting a lefty face Yaz. His right knee is so shot he can't plant or generate any power with it. Putting in a lefty gave the sox a chance.
  5. It wasn't pretty but it was beautiful. Don't stop now boys. Let's go
  6. Fair, but I'm not gonna get upset about it when it's against someone like mackenzie who I personally think is real good.
  7. There's nothing wrong with throwing the ball into the runner. Throws are bad when you pull a guy away from the runner. You don't have to hit the base. Your job is to give the infielder a chance to make a natural move into the runner.
  8. While I agree he's been bad for a while, he's been a 2.5 war player this year (full year) and had a 97 wrc+. So he's been fine this year.
  9. This is also true, but mackenzie is awesome. I've been saying this forever and he's found his release point on the off speed. They sox got to him early which is good. Now they need to hold and scrape 1 or 2 more across.
  10. I'm not sure you understand how hard hitting is. They're not trying to swing at balls. They don't recognize it out of the hand because mackenzie is deceptive as shit, release points are identical, and the curve looks like everything else. It's why he's so nasty without elite velocity
  11. No one touches good mackenzie curves. That pitch from that arm slot is so nasty. I've always been a big mackenzie guy though
  12. I haven't been around as much as I made a commitment to being more positive and enjoying the division race even if we haven't met expectations - it's not like we're the Yankees. We haven't earned the right as fans to be arrogant. I'm gonna enjoy this drive down the stretch. Let's go boys! Let's sweep this ass holes. I'll add that la russa criticism and negativity is still fine, but I'm all in on the boys . Leggo!! Season started today
  13. I heard and read multiple times, over and over again, that a player can never touch an umpire - especially in an argument/disagreement. I'm not arguing tone, although technically Tim didn't touch the umpire with a part of his body lol, but you either have rules to protect umpires that don't discriminate or you don't. And people are either against touching umpires or not against it.
  14. I thought you can never ever touch an umpire for any reason; especially when arguing. Or is that not white in this case?
  15. It's honestly amazing to me that people think the hitting coach is instructing guys not to hit homeruns. Additionally that the players would be like, good call coach!
  16. That's just nonsense though. Losing a pick for a superstar player means nothing in the grand scheme of the deal. They weren't playing 4D chess here; they botched the market and screwed up. Cubs screwed the pooch big time.
