The 'This is a historically bad team' was such a bad overly debbie downer take to begin with. There are at least 3 teams(probably 4 or 5) that are obviously worse than this one.
Considering that was something like 40% of his strikeouts last year, not hard to see how his K rate has dropped significantly.
I feel that there has always been too much hand wringing about his K's because on it's face seems like an easy fix to get to a normal K level.
It's almost a year to the day of Craig Edwards writing Yoan Moncada's Approach is Actually Working. Fingers crossed he's actually on to something this time.
