Give him more vacation time, a bonus or a higher match on his 401k. Giving his son who can't play dead in a cowboy movie an opportunity over a better more deserving player is not the way to reward an employee.

No there's not going to be a minor league season. There will be an extended fall league in AZ/FLA. The Sox taxi squad will be playing out of the stadium in Rosemont. I'm really interested to see how that is going to work.
Teams rebuild to take advantages in the draft with higher picks and larger pools of money to spend both in the draft and internatioanlly. Take that away and there is no incentive to rebuild.
