He's 3-4 with 3 2B's. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if he plays pretty good for the Rockies. He was in a no win situation here after the FO failed to sign Machado.

A dude named Kiley never made any sense to me. -
Gladney's 7th home run ties the White Sox AZL record. Kid's a dinger monster.

The reason Nick Anderson took such a long time to make it to the big leagues is because he ran into some legal trouble. While playing in Indy ball he had to wear an ankle braclet. He was under ballpark arrest. -
The UA Game was very disappointing but these events usually are as the pitchers have such an unfair advantage. There were a few position players who were able to stand out despite the rash of strike outs (34 by my count). OF Zac Veen is long and loose with a smooth LH stroke and plus power potential. SS Warner Blakely oozes athleticism from his projectable 6'3" 185 frame. He has a chance for above avg raw. C Drew Romo is a switch hitter with excellent bat to ball skills and very good actions behind the plate. The power may not get to avg but the bat will still play. We already knew about PCA (0-2 2 punchies and a BB) and Dylan Crews (0-4 4 punchies) who both looked awful. A couple pitchers really stood out. LHP Nate Savino was 92-94 with a plus 75-76 curveball and excellent feel to pitch. RHP Victor Medieros was 92-94 SL 82-83 cb 78-80 ch 85. He threw all 4 pitches for strikes which was good to see because he was terrible at this event last year. Jared Jones 94-96 and Jared Kelly 94-97 were electric but we already knew that.

Reindorf's head would explode if he gave a pitcher that much money. Plus it goes against his leagacy of suppressing player salaries. -
O Timmy, Timmy, wherefore art thou Timmy

He's not throwing across his body, Fellas. He just has alow slot. Engel is en fuego.

THANK YOU!

This is so frustrating to watch. I get they're big league hitters and they know a hell of a lot more about hitting than I do but god damn it put your egos aside and beat this guy to the arm side. Sheesh

My dude is really showing out.

I have a soft spot for Engel. Glad he's back and hope he can stick around.

2019 Trade Deadline Predictions

Frazier already got his money and is a free agent after the season. There are at least 10 (I stopped looking) of his former clients on the Mets current roster so I'd say his past life has greatly affected his decisions as a GM. -

Nimmo is a CAA guy. Van Weenie ain't trading away one of his guys. Go for Conforto. -
Thomas is an actual legit player where the other family members kids are just favors. Also they most likely didn't want the added pressure of being Alan's son and being a home town kid. Let him make a name for himself in another organization. That's a very common practice.

He doesn't have a plus tool but he does have a bag of 5's which means he should be a league avg RF. I'll take that.

Tank for Tork! They can never have enough 1B/DH's!
