I agree with that, but the core of our guys that you didnt mention are the ones that will make or break the team I think. If Mags, Carlos, Frank, Slonerko, Loazia, Buerhle, and Garland all do what they are supposed to do, we will defenitly be in the hunt for the title in this up for grabs division.

Lol, they opened up their show today with yesterdays broadcast of when the supposed trade happened. North said today that people need to learn to take a joke and the White Sox "wienies" that are pissed need to get a life. He also said that someone on another station (probably 1000) wants Hawk to get a 1 month suspension for being part of the joke. Im not sure what Reynolds means when he's saying that Mussina is just getting his work in and trying to get to the 7th inning or his PC to 90. This is the 1st game of the year, but you cant just let him give up 4 straight extra base hits without pulling him. This game is as important as game 162 so I would think you do pull him when he's struggling to find the zone.

Its on ESPN2 for sure, and even if you have the YES network, you still have to have the MLB package I believe or it will be blocked out. (622 on Directv i believe) Ill be staying up for the game, I woke up from a 16 hour sleep at 8:30 tonight, so ill be watching the game, then going to class at 9, and go to bed when i come back. Probably same schedule tomorrow.... Lol... i love college!

Well, I really thought they would have made those open shots they had all day, but I gotta credit Duke for playing such good defense. They were in all the passing lanes, making it tough to even see around the defender. Sigh, this sucks, but I will use a Cubs slogan and say, We shall wait til next year, because we will have Pruitt and hopefully Calvin Brock. WE HAVE TO DRAW FOULS ON OUR DRIVES! We keep driving and not making contact. Also, the plan to get Sheldon Williams in foul trouble didnt quite work out, I believe he only has 1. Good things to come in the 2nd half.... 1) Deron will settle in, and start hitting some jumpers 2) Dukes guards will probably continue to penetrate and kick out, we just got to hope they keep missing the majority of their shots. 3) Dee has to have a good half---> controlling the ball, finding teammates, driving to the hoop, or we might not be in Atlanta Sunday. Just over 6 hours til gametime.... . I havnt been this pumped up for a game since the 2001 Elite 8 run against Arizona... Mike North just jinxed us a second ago though, he said that if we beat Duke tonight, we're going all the way, and im thinking, hmm, what about Texas, UConn, and possibly St. Joes or Ok. State standing in our way. Each of those teams are just about as good as Duke.... Oh well, either way.... GO ILLINI!

I took him with the first pick. I looked at it, and im thinking, how many middle infielders will out produce every other infielding positon by far. And also, you could get a good OF in the later rounds because there are so many solid OF.

Lol, although he is on my team in Soxtalk League #3, I gotta say, I wouldnt be too dissapointed. Im not sure how serious it is, but it just popped up on ESPNews in the breaking news column. Its not even reported on ESPN's website right now, so could be interesting how bad this could be.

That would be an interesting trade, but I got this feeling that once getting rid of Tyson, his back problems will just fade away, if thats possible, and he will get 20 points and 15 rebounds a night once consistantly healthy. I wonder how Q would do coming back to Chicago, Im sure he'd feel very comfortable being back home.
