Hey, give the scottsman a break... he's notorious for travelling for no reason down low, but he can run the floor pretty good as a big man and shoot the 10 footer if open. He's got a bad back too, im just happy he's still on an NBA roster.

So! I must now throw away any positive comments i have about the man and throw as much hate as i can. He was originally a Cub anyway, more reason to hate him even more now!

I agree, he gives up so many damn hits, and really, he's only a 5-6 inning pitcher now anyway. BTW, im sick of hearing this crap about how he's gonna help Wood, Prior, etc.... Does that mean that all these pitchers that he supposoly helped in Atlanta, didnt get any advice from Leo Mazzoni? Was his only role just sitting there and rocking back and forth on the bench. Hopefully he gets rocked all year, i cant wait for the Sox/Cubs game where he pitches against us. :fthecubs

Its nice to see they rebounded nicely with 2 good wins after being dismanted by Illinois. Although, its tough pulling for Mich St because of the big 10 league championship to contend for, but yet i want 4-5 teams from the big 10 in the tourney too. If Mich St could just lose one more, and Illinois wins out, then ill be very happy...lol Go illini!

I thought it was great, as well as most people that have went through such horrible times with drinking and drugs. This win will shut up all of those people that said he would never be on top again. I was cheering him on, maybe he could contend in a major this year...

Yeah, i know, i was just being messing around. I agree, Kellerman is a much better watch, but every once in a while Stat Boy cracks me up. By the way, does Mariotti ever miss a show, i've never seen one where he's not there. Even one time he wasnt on the show, he popped into Woody's screen at the end. Does Mariotti have some money put into the show or something. Even Woody Paige is cycled around between all of the writers... Just curious...

They know it will be sold out, and we'll pay anything for it, so why didnt they just add 20 dollars to each ticket while they were at it.

Well, they certainly are not good eneugh to have that #6 ranking they had before they played Memphis last week. They've lost 3 out of there last 4, and they have yet to play Cinci on the road next week. And one of those 2 number 1's was Florida, who is barely a top 25 team. Lol, they lost to Iowa for god sakes... but ill give them the benefit of the doubt for it being the first game of the year.

I say Louiville is very overrated, along with Arizona. Also, i was thinking, how have the last undefeated teams done in the tourney, because sometimes its good to have a loss just to get it off your shoulders. I would think it might be good for Stanford and St Joes to get knocked off, although, St. Joes has no one left until Rhode Island on the road.

Regardless, the big 10 will get 4 guaranteed, and most likely 5. Purdue is getting Lowe back this week, and Mich St will be fine, as they have very nice schedule, with lots of games at the Breslin coming up. They'll get in like you said, because of their schedule. Dont forget, they can make noise in the big 10 tourney as well. But, I see Purdue making it as well, along with Mich St, because they had some great wins to start the year, especially the win over Duke. They just need to finish strong, so the committe forgets about Booker's injury. I think the 5th could still be Indiana, although, they can only afford one more loss on the way out, and win 2 at the big 10 tourney, which is in Indianapolis to represent the 5th team for the Big 10.

Well, i appear to be talking to myself, since this thread isnt being used for the game, but anyway, Illinois put on a wouping tonight, Ill give my MVP to Head, even though Augustine had one of his best games. Its too bad we cant paint the Hall orange every game! BRING ON THE BADGERS! GO ILLINI!
