All three of those definitively exist -

Those two aspects don't generally come and go though. Usually its what you see is what it is. Not like pitching or hitting. -

Technically its the fifth year he has appeared in the majors, but the first two were essentially cups of tea. He has had two full years, and one of them was actually pretty good, and now three appearances in the fifth. I wouldn't call that five years in the majors. -
Any idiot could have recommended Abreu and Robert though

Yeah, when that fella who throws 80% sliders came in last night, I knew it was game over. Oops wrong quote -

When it comes to carpentry and baking, the Amish are unsurpassed. Pretty much anything they do, you can count on excellence. There's a major Amish community in the county I live and grew up in. Massive respect for them. -

I do love some authentic Mexican food, but when it comes to baking a good pie, I prefer the Amish. -

Leaving a guy with an ops over 1.000 ops and one home run per six at bats against the starting pitcher has got to be among the dumbest things RR has done yet. That is just inexcusable. Hahn ought to hire someone to throw cold water on him and slap him across the face before he makes the lineups out each day. -

Giolito alone has made the trade a winner. -

This is worrisome if you're thinking about his next start, but long term this is actually a good sign. If he can worm his way through when he is struggling with his command to this extent, he should be outstanding when he finally gets his mechanics worked out. No telling how long that might take, but if he can keep his head above water in the meantime the dividends should be plentiful. It would be a lot easier to take if we had another solid starter to bump him down a notch, but oh well. -
He wasn't the one who raised the issue in this thread, he was responding. Sorry but coming into a thread in which you weren't engaged to attack a poster who was, when you havent even discussed the thread topic in the first place, is a prick move. If we're talking about things we would rather not see disrupting a thread, there you go.
-
Since you asked. Honestly I think your response here is a bunch of bullying horse shit. I can't be the only one Carpal tunnel? Gmafb

Its not like he's going to start over Madrigal, or Mendick for that matter. He's an improvement over Goins as the last guy on the bench.

Alright now you're speaking my language Rick. Hopefully he gets his debut against the Rangers -
I agree. I'm sure Hahn made him a reasonable offer. He's kind of good at trades, the one not to be mentioned not withstanding
-
That would have been pointless imo. Either a guy you can plug into the top three or nothing if you ask me.
-
I could see the Indians demanding that, I wouldnt give him up to a divisional rival without a hosing either, but if that's what Texas was after they are nuts
-
Considering his credibility just committed suicide, I'm not taking him at his word here either. Dude obviously wants attention
-
Nah, some team will give him a shot if the Sox let him go. Too much talent and still too young for à rebuilding team to pass up
-
What's wrong with his attitude?
-
Exactly. Nothing more entertaining than an obese pitcher mowing guys down.
-
What blows my mind is how many people on this board seem to think Lynn is some ho him pitcher or something. The man is very good, well well above average. Could make the argument he would have at least temporarily been our number one starter.
