  1. Bummer SUCKS. Not many pitchers can say they gave up a HR to Nick Madrigal, once againBummer proves he's a loser. He has no spine, if he runs into any trouble or misses a pitch he's TOAST and will proceed to give up a run.
  2. I didn't believe the whole TA was knocked out story, UNTIL I saw Jomboy's breakdown of the fight in slo-mo. Anderson's legs were like jelly, and if it wasn't for the help of Daryl Boston holding him up he would have went down again on his own without question. He was dazed for sure, I don't know if he was concussed but he was definitely staggering and didn't have his legs working.
  3. It's already part of his legacy when he unraveled the Bulls dynasty.
  4. Although, the 0-11 record when we strike out more than 14 opposing batters is baffling. Any thought why?
  5. That could be why both teams are at the bottom of their divisions.....lack of plate discipline. Successful teams learn how to work the count to their advantage, although the ump had a particularly large strike zone last night.
  6. So if he sits out a couple games because of the injury, then gets suspended 4, that = 6 games, 2 of which the Sox will play a man short.
  7. That's an old quote that I believe Hahn said a year or two ago. I'm waiting for this famous Hahn quote to come true...... Rick Hahn said if he ever felt he wasn't the right person for the job, he would step aside". Of course were all waiting for the "Talk to me after the parade" and "multiple championships" blah, blah, blah.
  8. Are you still trying to say a bare knuckle punch does less damage than a punch thrown with a batting glove? Are you also inferring that because Tim took off his mitt and Jose left his batting gloves on that it wasn't a fair fight. Kopeck was holding Jose's arms and Tim had an open shot at his face only to swing and miss before getting clocked with the right gloved hand of Ramirez.
  9. Na, they'll do it the Sox way, TA probably won't play today after getting hit last night in the forearm, so instead of starting his suspension Tim will sit out a couple of games while his arm heals and the Sox will play the games a man down.
  10. Hahn didn't trade Eloy or Cease because he's hoping they turn it around so he can say he outsmarted the Cubs.
  11. He's a head case that can't handle his emotions, maybe the rest of the league didn't value him as much as Hahn.
  12. The guy just took off on the pitch before and Cease doesn't even look over before throwing ball 4
  13. After bringing up our future 1B too early so he could play the outfield, Hahn's only choice was to not resign Jose and finally let Vaughn play the position he was drafted for.
  14. I can't find the quote but didn't Rick say he'd be the first person to step down if he wasn't doing his job?
  15. It because Tim's been suspended before, where as Ramirez has never been suspended previously. Tim has a history with the league and has been suspended 2-3 times previously.
  16. "It takes time for a new manager to create a culture", but Rick what about our championship window? Now we have to allow time for Pedro to learn how to manage a MLB club.. What happened to bringing in an experienced manager as your stated goal before the exhausting search landed on Pedro.
  17. Rick doesn't have the balls to say anything about Lynn confirming Middelton? He's afraid Lynn will tell him to pack his lunch. Also agree with Score, when did Rick talk about the clubhouse culture in the last few weeks?
  18. How does Rick know who or who didn't speak at the players only meeting in Toronto...spin, spin, spin, spin
  19. Hahn say's they addressed the clubhouse issue at the trade deadline.... Rick you dick you traded the most likable player on the team. This guy is so full of crap.
