  1. QUOTE(SnB @ Sep 6, 2005 -> 04:23 PM) guys i created a pro league one (no confidence points because i like things simpler, and it's the NFL, it's hard enough) Group ID:34642 password: soxtalk http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/pi...oinprivategroup I shall win both pick leagues...I hope...maybe...eh, probably not. Confidence points would be easy in NFL games. I would of made it to bet on the spread. But just me, I'll go back under my hole now.
  2. QUOTE(Steff @ Sep 6, 2005 -> 04:09 PM) That can be done when you're rich. That's what I meant. I'm sure Warren will destroy Stevenson AGAIN this year and Rowand will go hide in Carbondale dorm with a pizza from Quatros and 5 pack of Natural Light.
  3. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Sep 6, 2005 -> 04:07 PM) Still sour about that playoff game last year..eh? When you pay off the officials, anything is possible.
  4. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Sep 6, 2005 -> 03:43 PM) My county is richer then yours Brian and I win, Lake county it is. Anyplace south of Libertyville sucks.
  5. QUOTE(ZoomSlowik @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 06:49 PM) You're tied with me though. I get the tie breaker cuz my name is alphabetically in front of yours.

    Allergies

    Mine usually act up in Spring.
  7. Today was a bigger game for us than I first thought. If we had lost, we would of only been up 3 games on the Red Sox for homefield in the ALCS if we were so inclined to make it there. With the win, we are 5 games up on them now.
  8. QUOTE(Reddy @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 12:55 PM) no matter how many wins he's gotten us, and thats a handful, i still cant f***ing stand timo A spot start at the end of our line up is fine. No leading off.
  9. Nice catch, Perez, don't ever f***ing do it again.
  10. QUOTE(the southside tiger @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 12:52 PM) If you gave me a helmet and a bat, and told me to face Garland, I wouldnt be scared. Id jump right in there. On the other hand, if you told me to face Pedro, Id tell you to get lost. Pedro is intimidating, Garland is not. Maybe its because Pedro will throw at anyone and be all ready for the fight. I like that. You dont hit a teammate of Pedro because he will get you. If Garland was pitching, they could peg Everett and PK in a row and Jon would still do nothing. Everett might whoop the pitchers ass, but on wouldnt do a thing. He is timid. Pedro lets everyone know whos in charge. Jon doesnt do that. You would have no chance with both guys.
  11. QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 12:51 PM) This is one long ass game. ESPN needs like 5 minutes between innings for commercials.
  12. QUOTE(Reddy @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 12:46 PM) so like blame this guy? Exactly.
  13. QUOTE(Reddy @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 12:44 PM) i thought the same thing, but SHHHHHH now we're gonna lose the next 3 to KC, good job brian If that happens, blame a newb!
  14. If we hold on today, anyone else realize we are i n good shape for our 4th 8 game winning streak of the season? I'd like to think we could sweep KC with the way we are playing.
  15. Schilling GAWN. Just got here but anyone elst think Schilling looks thinner than usual?

  18. QUOTE(farmteam @ Sep 3, 2005 -> 08:36 PM) I'm surprised Warren took Maine South AT Maine South. That's hard to do. Think I heard that it is Maine SOuth's first home loss in a few years. Maybe wrong.
  19. QUOTE(He_Gawn @ Sep 3, 2005 -> 09:37 PM) I love it. This is gonna be a great year... IRISH Hope Lloyd and his staff patch up the holes in our defense. I'm concerned.
