  1. Feel the same way about Nolan. Loved Memento and the Batman movies, but everything since then just seems too convoluted and wonky and confusing. To the point I am not overly excited for Tenet. But I'm so desperate to get into a movie theatre, I'll be there.
  2. WTA and ESPN will announce the US Open will happen in August. Not sure about fans.
  3. I got it free with my AT&T unlimited plan. Starting Fresh Prince binge.
  4. I watched the first season of "Dave" in one day, today. Accomplishments 101
  5. I watched 1 and 2 on Sat night. Wanted to watch all 3 in a row but I am lame and was too tired to watch 3, so I did on Sunday.
  6. It's Back to the Future in a landslide. No comparison. SBM is a nice movie, but cmon guys.
  7. We're WFH until the end of June now.
  8. I agree. Outside of Sam Smith, is anyone local on there? Jackie MacMullan has been on the east coast her whole life. I'm loving it and not complaining but the definitely could have used a more local people.
  9. I'm no NFL GM, but I don't mind giving up a 4th round pick for a QB has won in the playoffs and is 31. Just hope he can be healthy.
  10. Dude's should just shave their heads. It's liberating and will grow back.

    Podcasts

I do because I have so much free time and can listen to stuff while working. Ken Jeung is really smart, obviously, since he is a former doctor. Has good dtuff about Covid. McHale can be funny but sounds like he's mailing it in sometimes. Maybe that's just his tone. Alison Brie was funny. She just goes off on clever improv rants. My fav podcast right now is "Fake Doctors, Best Friends" as Zack Braff and Donald Faison talk Scrubs episodes.
  12. He said the doctors said it is the more treatable and most curable form. I listened to the segment on the podcast form this morning.
  13. Silvy diagnosed with Stage 3 Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
  14. Got mine deposited directly so I don't get the fuhrer's sig.
  15. Sounds like after I got pneumonia a little over 8 years ago. Had to get my wind back. Doctor gave me a tool to blow into at home that helped. Even 8 years later, it still hurts when I sneeze sometimes.
  16. Gary Dell'Abate's father in law died of COVID last week. He was on the air this morning talking about how he went into the hospital on like March 14th and died April 2. They were never allowed to go see him and he was alone the whole time. At the beginning a nurse would help facetime but that ended fast. They won't be able to have a funeral for him. He said they will drive to the cemetery and have to sit in their cars the whole time. Sounds awful.
  17. Yeah, Schitt's Creek is great. This last season has been solid as well. Finale next week. I got hooked on All American yesterday while working. Surprised how solid it is for a CW show.

    The Pet Thread

It infuriates me when owners leave their dogs off leashes. So many times I have to pick up Fisk on walks when I see a dog running near us, because I don't know what is going to happen. Condolences Josh.
  19. First time watching it. Usually I would put a show on while WFH but I wait til I log off to watch an episode so I can pay attention.
  20. Started West WIng last week and almost done with s1. Incredible show. Scary how much it still relates to today when it started 20 years ago.
  21. Thought "Invisible Man" was excellent. Really well done.
  22. Stay out of the 09s and 04s. Also wouldn’t recommend 8, 9, 10.
  23. Not really a bad seat in lower section as long as you stay away from the sections to the sides of the stage. I’d check stubhub as it gets closer. Tix will get cheap, especially with college basketball tourney that night.
  24. I was kind of souring on Zach’s attitude at the beginning of the year but i really don’t blame him with Boylan around. What a hack.
