I started limiting cardio to one day for an hour. Keep heart rate over 125. Other 3 days I lift with no rest between to keep heart rate up for an hour. Will even walk around track carrying kettle bells if body parts need rest. My biggest problem is eating. I don't eat bad but should improve in some areas.

Everything on Saul continues to blow me away. Pacing, storytelling, details. I need a cold shower.

I did watch Bucks vs Barretta/Romero and I'm sorry, but the Bucks are so damn annoying to watch. Im not talking characters either. They have fun moves but I just can't take them seriously. Go ahead and let me have it.

I watched her first show last night just to see how it would be. I kept associating her with Fox. At the end, they teased an interview with Alex Jones, and the clip they used was him calling Newtown fake. It has caused quite the uproar on Twitter. People calling for the segment to not air, especially on Father's Day. Part of me wants everyone to see what a lunatic that guy is. Maybe push it back a week. Fathers lost kids on that day so why air on Father's Day.

I thought it was good but felt the last 15 mins was Snyder saying "Patty, I'll take it from here."
