QUOTE(TheBigHurt35 @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 01:50 PM) What kind of person goes to a message board based in a foreign country and does nothing but take shots at that country's government? Lol, pot shots at your government. You'll know when I take pot shots at your government. Plus I don't care about any of this, oh my Kyoto treats our economy unfairly. There is no f***ing time to worry about the economy either you're f***ed or you try to change things. Fact is Republicans don't give a s*** about the future, they care about the dollas. f*** Republicans and all that ignorantly support them. :finger :finger :finger :finger :finger

http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/20...bate050225.html I'm pleased with this new occurance, but I'm sure none of you care. This is the type of thing your governments should be doing. Especially if it didn't bother signing on for Kyoto.

It looks like it's down to Clive Owen or Julian McMahon as who will be Bond. I happen to like both of the choices, Owen before McMahon though. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/topnews.php?id=8520

I have a hard time imagining a movie with so much CG could ever become any kind of classic.

QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Feb 24, 2005 -> 11:23 PM) Actually this is one in a series of tests of the Aegis cruiser based system and a viable theater missile defense is very significant in the grand scheme of things. Okay that would have been nice to know in the article or any of the other articles I read. And compared to the search for a cure for Aids and Cancer, or slowing global warming it is very insiginificant.
-
I question the timing of this test. "Lets show those canooks what our bottle rockets can do!" --George w. Bush But whatever, this is very unimportant in the scheme of things.

QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ Feb 24, 2005 -> 02:40 PM) I believe women are capable of anything, but how exactly did she preserve the semen? Let's not go there

They clearly could have taken any picture of space thrown in a circle and say here's the invinsible galaxy. Interesting though.

Apparently just before the tsunami arrived the water receded pretty rapidly just like in Deep Impact if anyone actually remembers that movie. Those pictures sure are powerful though.

Rebuilding Japan and Germany was all about making money for yourselves further down the line. I haven't heard one of my history teachers say anything about propping up Japan and Germany after WW2 as being a great act of human interest. Japan was the only place left in Southeast asia that could have been setup as a economic friendly to the US. Oh and we didn't go to War cause our country doesn't drop to it's knees in front of Bush and we're not stupid.
