I think you are right on every account, I just wish we had won this one so we don't have the Major League Debut coming after a loss. It puts some added pressure on Cottsy.

Heath Phillips got the win and Rick Hummel got the save. Phillips pitched 6 innings of 4 hit ball.

We got a couple of favorable calls as well. Especially that one ball 4 call against Crede early in the game, where the pitch was clearly right over the plate and above the knees.

I do think Schow will get his act together, but now it's going to be tough for Manuel to get his confidence back in him.

Well probably 9 games out of 10 the Angels play better fundamental ball than the Sox, especially last season.

I know the Sox got beat pretty bad tonight, but DJ and Hawk didn't do much of a job tonight. They usually manage to be kind of funny, there was none of that tonight. THere were also huge blocks of dead air time.
