Good point Jas, we have Ginter to do what Glover has already been doing and I believe Ginter can do a better job of it. If I'm not mistaken Ginter was either a 1st round pick or close to it.
I wouldn't even really understand a prospect of the value of Meaux. Glover and Schoenweiss play similar roles, one right one lefty though. Plus, Glover is younger....
Schoenwise has a pretty high ERA but he's better than any 5th starter we've got and can eat up some innings in the bullpen.
I was looking up his stats and Schoenweis hasn't gone more than 2 and 2 thirds this year so I'm not sure he'd be a 5th starter. Anyways he's still but up some good numbers in relief.
This has nothing to do with your post but I read on chisox.com that Colon in his start against Cleveland threw 107 out of 111 pitches as fastballs is that possible?
Funny you mention that movie Jas I just watched it tonight for the second time. It's an incredibly powerful movie and it really made me think about my life. Edward Norton is great.
