    Bullpen

"Wunsch Sucks"??? he was probably in the top 5 for 2000 for left handed relievers. And so far this ST he's pitched amazingly. He doesn't deserve to be bashed.
  5. Congratulations guys, it seems like all your hard work is paying off. Thanks for all the reports and recaps and just a place to chat with fellow sox fans.
  6. Great to see Frank really pounding the ball and the pitching getting out of the jams.
  7. I know we were talking about this earlier so here's great article about a pitcher named Steve Dalkowski. Very interesting. http://www.sportingnews.com/archives/sport...ers/175838.html
  8. My dad was telling me about a closer that used to pitch for the Yankees I think the last name was Dearn (not sure). My dad is bias in that he's a yankee fan but he said he was the pitcher who threw the hardest ever. But was also extremely wild.
  9. vs NL rookie of the year Jason Jennings ooooooooooh
  10. Wunsch the strike out leader. Who woulda thunk it.
  11. I believe Munoz has been good except for his one inning last night.
  12. Well that sure isn't going to happen with Olivo batting 071. right now and Alomar batting 625.
  13. For both Gordon and Munoz they've pitched well except for one inning. Still a little to early to tell on lots of the guys.
  14. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/scores/20030309/colcha I'm not sure about this. Cooper was assigned to minor league camp friday yet he pitched today? Could someone explain this to me, or when there is a split squad game do players from minor league camp come up to make a full roster. -Heredia and Rauch both had pretty crappy nights making it look like Loaiza is the favourite for 5th spot -Crede hit his second homer of ST -Ginter pitched another hitless and scoreless inning.
  15. CIA is f***ed up. thats all i could come up with
  16. 3-1 Rockies still going into the 5th. WHERES THE O!?!?! To add Brad Hawpe had a HR off of Heredia in the first inning. His second of ST.
  17. Nice post apu. How can so many americans be so blind to what Bush and Bushes have done in the past and hell, are doing currently.
  18. Gil Heredia vs. Darren Oliver tonight I believe. Post updates if you can find them, if you want.
  19. I've been hearing a lot about Sandy Alomar being the starting catcher?
  20. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/scores/20030309/oakcha dellaero played today didnt know he was on the ST roster
  21. Why do you think Toronto's going to do so poorly soxheads?
  22. I don't know if this has any relevance but Yao Ming's jersey has Yao on the back.
  23. The Final score was 5-3 in favor of Oakland. -Roy Smith(?) took the win. -Tom Gordon took the loss. -Jeremy Fikac pitched the 9th for the save. On a positive side the White Sox out hit the A's 9 to 7.
  24. It's not that it's not an extremely difficult choice. But I doubt the choice of going to war or not has not already been made. And if anything I doubt the choice was made by Bush himself, but by his puppetmasters. And making him look strained and tired sells the idea that it has been a very difficult decision. But that's just my opinion and I could be wrong. I always try to read between the lines.
  25. Thanx for the update Yep, the great pitching is showing up these last couple of days, but the offense has been quiet, aside from some solo hrs. Right as I say this the Sox give up a bundle of runs lol. The score is now 5-3 going into the top of 9 for Oaktown. Rontrez Johnson homered off of Tom Gordon in the top of the 8th. SIDE NOTES -Rocky Biddle go the win today for Montreal. -Johan Santana pitched some scoreless innings for the W today in a victory over Cleveland.
