They really need to invest in the org. But if you’re skeptical that they actually do it, or that they do it right, I totally get that. Ideally they invest in both the team and the organization, but it’s not like JR is some billionaire.

While I can't say I feel great that Getz is the one leading this, it's what they absolutely should be doing, so it's nice to see from that standpoint.

I think it’s pretty simple. JR is completely full of s%*# and anything he says shouldn’t be used against Getz …Because… Getz is clearly bad at this on his own and we don’t need disingenuous quotes from JR to help prove that

Either they’re Getz’s poor decisions to begin with or they’re Grady’s decisions and Getz is doing nothing about it. Either way, Getz is to blame.
