Dyson solid defensively, solid lineup here. Looking forward to the game. -
Nice, Monday is the deadline for postseason eligibility., nice to see the call-up to help the rotation, provide insurance for Dallas or any other starter through season end, and give Ricky another option with 15 straight games to go. Perhaps Parrot can be placed on the DL with the hiccups and we can see Vaughn up for the Twins series.

Hoping for a Sox win, but continued Parrot suckage, so that it is clear to everyone on the planet including Rick Hahn that he shall not return, either at $12M or a lesser amount. Also holding out hope for a possibility of a phantom IL stint and Vaughn call-up. Also agree today was the best day for a Robert day off, let Engel get a start already. Engel should be starting more in RF as well. Sox playoff chances sit at 100%, 3rd in AL for WS odds

Hope the union rejects the bubble. Unlike other sports, baseball fields are not standard. Since they are letting any team with a pulse into the playoffs, make the season worth SOMETHING by no travel, home field for each of the three League rounds, than standard 2-3-2 for World Series. -
THATS A WHITE SOX WINNER 9/11/20

That was one of the funnest games to watch this year. Eloy was HUGGGEEE! Yolmer played well filling in, bottom of the line-up picking up 3-6. Bullpen rested and pitched lights out. Fulmer and Lopez go at it tomorrow, both are 2-3 IPs though hopefully Lopez figures things out and makes some progress. The White Sox are now 1/2 game behind Tampa for the best record in the American League. -

This has been the funnest game to watch this year. Seeing the bottom of the lineup come through. Marshall coming in and slamming the door. Overcoming adversity, never quitting, giving fans a reason to watch all nine innings. Win or lose, it's a fun way to experience baseball, either as a player or a fan. -

Madrigal may be short, but his bat control and swing covers a lot more of the plate (and beyond) than many hitters. Loved that at bat there, hope they keep the line moving. Now that the bullpen is in, the Sox are still very much in it tonight. -

Very nice at bat Yolmer! Hope the next batters take his lead, be patient with him tiring, and wait for a good pitch in the zone. -

Learning to battle through and close out an inning. People b**** about the bullpen, which is actually doing a good job for the most part, but are worn thin from short outings. Giolito learning to pitch into the 7th on a consistent basis will help him and the club. The best pitchers in baseball do this consistently. Giolito isn't there yet, hope that one day he will be when he takes the next step. -

It's for development. If you can't test a pitcher in games like these, you can't try for the first time when games really count. That was Ozzie's best attribute as a manager, making his players stay out there for one more consistently, have them test themselves. The staff was ready in the Postseason. Hopefully Lucas will learn from the outing, primarily the second inning when he was trying to be too fine with his pitches. The control left at the end when he was tired, but the second inning lead to running out of gas before closing out six. -

Sox hitters can use better discipline, but would say they are facing a very good pitcher tonight. Well pitched on both ends.
