  1. Ok we still have a 3 run lead. If we can get 2 back we’ll be fine. And the strike that Lance got screwed on was more of a strike than Lopez’s call he got. MAKEUP CALL
  2. We also have 9 outs left on our side to score 2 or 3 runs also.
  3. I agree, but if we can’t hold this lead we deserve to lose. Even if the score this run and it 8 to 5 we should be able to get a couple of those shitty runs back
  4. He can improve. Look at Abreu as an example. He was replaced defensively a few years back, now he’s a gold glove caliber 1st baseman. Tongue in cheek as they say. He’s now an above average glove. We just need to get burger to average which is possible remember, he had a lot of injuries and missed a lot of time his first couple of years in the minors. Give him time
  5. I could live with McGuire catching the rest of the year if we could something really good for Yasmani and get out of that contract. He ain’t getting any younger and we have 10 DH’s on this team already. Same goes for Moncada.
  6. If and it’s always a BIG IF, LYNN was healthy since the beginning of the year we’d be 5 or 6 over 500 because we wouldn’t had to of played Russian Roulette with the 5th starters. But I’ll take him now for the rest of the year LOL
  7. No way, he’s got to keep getting MLB at bats. He can hit. And those porcelain dolls we have on the DL will probably be back on the list also
  8. Agreed but his defense has to show improvement
  9. My guess is the 3.mentioned above are porcelain dolls and won’t stay healthy. At the trade deadline Hahn will be forced to make a move or 2 if we’re in contention
  10. Ok, then tell me where burger figures into this lineup then. DH???
  11. He’s a MENCH!!! He’s deserving of a spot on the all star team, we’re going get Anderson, but Vaughn should be considered.
  12. Watch him grow, he’s he’s inconsistent, but remember, he still hasn’t played a full season, as I said, “ when he stays on field and play 140+ he become consistent.
  13. Louis Robert if he can stay healthy will be a perennial All Star and MVP contender every year when he can play 140+ games a year and Andrew Vaughn won’t be far behind after he takes over for Abreu at 1st Base in 2023. I think Abreu has at least 1 good year, maybe 2 after this at 1st. 2023 may be a rotation of Abreu 1st Base Vaughn DH THEN flipped the next game so they both get at least 500 at bats each.
  14. Agree I’ve asked the same question with no results
