Fine, but hitting second?

And the TLR worst lineup of the decade.

Probably not pinch hitting any of our boppers and letting the minor leaguers in the lineup hit late. I hope I am wrong, but I saw that script a few times last year.

Apparently not for TLR. Not going all out to win the second game letting our minor leaguers riding it out in game situations, with our major weapons sitting on their rear ends in the dugout. TLR is back to his worse moves of last season.

Hitting Haseley and Leury 2 nd and 3 rd back to back hurt.

Last year I don’t recall one time that TLR used one of our stars as pinch hitter when they did not start the game. It is also inexplicable.

TLR is back to his inexplicable decisions mode.

Leury hitting 3rd is a joke. TLR should have pulled at least Abreu in the 3rd of the first game to save him for the 2 nd game.would have also played TA to make amends for the errors and because we need him. OK to sit Robert because of his slump, but not sit all three of the stars at the same rime, particularly after losing first game.

Would have been better taking the starters out early and keep them for the second game tonight.

Got rid of Madrigal, a high OBP guy who seldom struck out.

Beats me.

Do we have an active hitting coach?

DK is already at minor league pitching level.

Can Banks be a starter?

Strong for his recent standard which is mediocre at best.

Can we try Johnny Cueto? Can’t be much worse than DK.

Should have asked Lynn to lose some weight. Too much weight on that older knee was a big watch out.

DK is more suitable to pitch batting practice nowadays.

Keuchel was still charged with 8 earned runs with the big gopher ball to Ramirez. No matter what, he sucked. TA7 did not help him either.

Forgot about who is pitching though. Keuchel is washed out.

Add Severino coming in.

We had Madrigal who is pretty young. Good contact hitter, doesn’t strike out , good defense, no HR power but we have others for that.

Send him in a Greyhound bus with a one way ticket.

Worst game of the year so far. Bad defense, bad pitching, lack of hitting particularly in the clutch. Severino was horrible.
