In last night scenario Sox should have tried to get out of the 8 th ASAP to bring back Cease quickly, not talking walks.

Super Joe not sending Heseley home has come back to haunt us. Also Engel should have pinched run instead of Haseley. Too many mental errors in this inning which we can’t afford in a close game late.

I would have pinched hit Engel who is a more experienced base runner rather than Hasely.

It would have helped to DFA Keuchel earlier. DK just got DFA again by the Rangers after a 12 ERA in 2 starts.
