It was the first DB series sweep in an away series since 2019. My bad. Sorry.

That is what Brenly said on the DB broadcast. What I am not sure is whether he meant on an away series only.

The dreaded lead off walk in the 9th once again comes back to haunt us. Would have let Zavala hit. Sox management let this season get away by not firing TLR and not acting at the trade deadline. See you next season.

We have sucked, but we have had bad luck in the last few games also.

Same for Vaughn , put the frigging runner in motion. TLR doesn’t get it. I can’t believe how bad he is. Two chances to hit and run with Harrison with our two slowest DP hitters at the plate. TLR keeps doubling down on his mistakes.

Running Harrison on a hit and run should be a no brainer. Abreu leads the league in DPs.

Sox are cursed. Unbelievable. Would have preferred a slider to Alcantara, but it is what it is. It’s tough to pitch for the Sox when they don’t score many runs, and there is no margin for errors.

We lead the MLB in singles but the results are unsatisfactory, because we are slow with no running game, don’t take walks, don’t manufacture runs, poor clutch hitting with power outage. Only above average pitching has kept us around the .500 mark, but lately the pitching has been worse, and the injuries linger.

It is hard to win without TA, Eloy, Robert, Moncada. Too many injuries. Too many AAA backups. Bad manager. No sense of urgency. And so on so on.

TLR white flag surrender lineup. Eloy resting. Can we afford to rest Eloy if we are serious about making the post season?

Wow! Big Energy hitting second. This is pretty close to a Sunday lineup.

The Cubs also suck.

It is already the laughingstock with TLR being the head circus clown. Tonight the team imploded: defense, offense, pitching, managing..everything. This is unsustainable. Getting embarrassed by the DBacks at home. There needs to be some immediate changes made and some firings. JR needs to wake up and see the team value is going down and his fans are pissed. He needs to act now. He is elderly and doesn’t have much time to right this ship and work on his legacy.

Looks like attending games at GRF are coming down to concession stand eating and drinking beer, doing the wave and booing the team and TLR. Sad ending to the season.
-
The Sox need to ask MLB to bring back the juiced ball to convert their current warning track power to homers in homer friendly GRF.
-
I have already sent a communication to the Sox, that if TLR is coming back next season, I will not be buying any more Sox tickets, and then remove me from their mailing list. I have to walk my talk.

Totally agree.
