Thanks for the judgment. There’s more to be said on the relationship between the president and the men I mentioned but it doesn’t matter. And the bit on old rich white men? Well, we have lots of those who haven’t wanted or been able to work together for some time. Figure it out. My texts were more of a joke about how ridiculous the Patriots are in the NFL than anything. -

Why? Discuss. -
Then I would ask him, “How does Bush make sense?” when he mentions two relievers earlier.
-
Uh huh. “And maybe even...” We are going to believe a high school kid who suggests Bryce Bush? Are we sure his mom didn’t give him this scoop and told him to run with it, and he just threw Bush out there? I doubt they would give up Bush unless Machado is in the fold. That makes no sense.

Please provide said tweet.

Why don’t you share then for fucks sake ya Jabroni?
-
Yes, if we outbid the mystery teams. I hope $250,000,000 is enough to get this done, along with incentives if he wants more.
-
1. The kneeling has stopped, Reid has a job and Kaepernick is going to court to prove collusion or work through a grievance. 2. Analytics are going to dictate what a player is worth and contracts will be more indicative of future performance as opposed to past performance. 3. Fans should go to fewer games for crap product on the field. If they want to move the team, so be it. It’s not going to happen. 4. I hope they strike, it’s on the players and owners if that happens and baseball has a hard time recovering again.

The White Sox Banana Republic Depends on Machado.
-
Still no news, just Banana Man.
-
“We think that with the changes we have made with hiring Chris and adding analytics to the mix that we will see the type of results we want. We are optimistic that from a player development standpoint, we will make strides into 2019 and see results to get us back into the postseason in the coming years.” ”I hope you’re right, Rick. Sign Machado and produce wins or don’t and hopefully your team starts producing, otherwise enjoy having sparse crowds at the G Spot.”
-
Then I would ask: - Who would you have in mind that could improve the team? - What positions do you feel set at? - Are you going to continue answering questions by not answering questions like a politician, Rick? How patient are you with the rebuild and if top players don’t sign here, what will you do with all of the revenue, especially if your talent development fails and they don’t turn into quality, result producing ball players?
-
JD Martinez and Jake Arrieta are no Manny Machado or Bryce Harper though. I bet they sign before February. If they don’t sign by SoxFest, I would ask: - What really has been going on with negotiations? What is real and what is false? - Is JR negotiating contracts? - If you can’t comment on ongoing negotiations, what can you tell us? - If you fail to sign Machado or Harper, what is the plan? Arenado or Sale? - How confident are you in player development, as in, are you anticipating players to come up and produce by a certain timeframe so that you don’t waste service time of the other quality young talent? - Will you take accountability if the rebuild fails? Would you take risks even if it means it’s you might get canned when a new owner comes in? - Wipe that smug smile off your face KW, it’s partially your fucking fault we haven’t done anything since 2005.?
-
Probably, but Hahn should expect questions from fans as opposed to the same garbage that the media asks him. Hopefully there are some good targeted questions and follow up questions asked so he answers with something instead of giving a politician’s response.
-
What do we think Hahn gets asked if there is no announcement? Benny the Bull and Southpaw come out dancing on the stage, Hahn announces the deal, Manny comes out of a huge box, JR is wheeled out making money rain and the Loveabulls and Chevy Pride Crew throw out tickets to the crowd? Sounds about right.
-
And giving.
-
What is said deadline and why wouldn’t they?
-
I think that if he’s not signed by SoxFest, he’s not coming to the Sox. I hope some clear contract offer amounts are provided by reporters so that we know how things actually went. And I would hope Hahn gives more insight on what the plan is next if they miss out on the whales.

Just got to stick at mine for another six months to make sure my next two data analytics classes get paid for, then I’m three classes shy of a masters and am ready to move on!

Finally found the Levine interview from the other day. This wasn’t as contentious as people made it seem: https://670thescore.radio.com/media/audio-channel/mcneil-parkins-bruce-levine-interview-transition-tom-thayer-hour-5-116

Kenny Lofton, 1 year, $1.025 million in 2002.
-
Seems reasonable. Give it some time, it took me two years off and on the site and several dates to find the right one.

There are lots of families there and more general questions about the upcoming or previous season and less targeted questions like we would ask. It’s included in the cost of your admission and you can walk right up to the mic and participate. Usually Farmer or someone like that is there with Hahn or Williams to moderate. When I used to go with my dad at the Hyatt that is how it went, I’m not sure if anything changed since then.
