Feels like he's doing as much as anyone to make a case for it. Colas was pulled early from the Knights game today. Maybe coming up if Eloy needs an IL stint after all? Not sure I love the move if so.

Liam pitched yesterday, and although he's done a back-to-back since his return, he hinted at feeling some effects from the smoke in NY or at least being wary of it.

The DH in NY threw off the usual bullpen calculus that had been working so well, and Kopech not going deep in this one didn't help. The staff can't be perfect forever, regardless. Gotta score some runs. Sox actually with a higher xBA today and a decent amount of solid contact, but not enough that fell for hits. Win tomorrow.
