That is absolutely horrific. Getz didn’t deserve his job initially, or to keep it now. Like I’ve said, most GM’s would have to actually intentionally try to build a team worse than this one, and they would likely fail at failing as hard as Getz did.

Sounds like he wants to stay a starter but is using the fact that the postseason would throw him over an innings limit to force an extension from any team that wants to trade for him. Obviously, this isn’t going to increase his value. If true, it can only hurt it.
