Unfortunately, the Sox are just blowing their entire load of runs for the next week on this one game. Not worth it when you are down 9-0 starting the inning.

Benintendi probably is still a B- or C+ level free agent. $75 million is a lot to the Sox but not to other teams.

I’m not cheering for him to fail but it’s embarrassing that they hired a guy to do play by play that doesn’t even seem to know or understand the damn game.

Imagine wasting a combined $9 million dollars on Nicky Lopez, Michael Soroka, and Chris Flexen. Three guys everyone knew would suck, except for Getz. Quite literally burning $9 million in a fireplace.
