Yeah who really cares? It's not like he is on some Frank Thomas level or something. I mean good for him, but it means nothing ultimately. Phillip Humber threw a perfect game and he sucked.
I'm not sure on Katz or not. I guess that would all depend on how Bannister feels they work together? Starters have been good. Bullpen is historically awful.
Yeah I thought he did well on the Cease trade. I understand thinking he is panicking on some of these "on the edge" moves, but none of them ultimately matter. All that matters is what he gets in these 3 big trades between now and next season.
I don't understand why they would do this. Tigers actually have a chance to compete in the division next year. If you aren't by this time next year, then you move him. I'd be livid as a Tigers fan if they traded him this year.
