    1. There are directors of hitting who use analytics and whatnot to make guys better...? 2. Just an odd take. Drafts in all sports get broken down and analyzed. It's an entire industry.

    I would say avoiding triple digit losses next year would be a moral victory. Not a great place to be, but I guess it could feel somewhat okay depending on who is contributing.

    Sheets and Lopez should be cut tomorrow and Colas and Ramos should be up. Colas in right everyday, Ramos at third.

    He is talking about the whole organization and I don't think he is wrong. They are in much better shape AS A WHOLE than they have been. Sucks real bad right now, but hopefully pays off in the next few years.
