Probably a pointless question since I doubt Getz even claims anyone, but if two claims are submitted simultaneously does that mean the second claim has to run through the other teams first?

I would argue claiming he was a frontline starting prospect is close to equivalent of saying he's going to be great.

There is a lot of great return, Frontline starting pitching prospect, sold high on Burger talk in that thread there, I wasn't a fan of trade myself

I seriously doubt there was ever a time a team could force a player into a surgery. That sounds downright barbaric. If there was we would have heard of some Curt Flood of forced surgeries
