  1. Colson lines out at 112mph to cf. tough break.
  2. Reyes’ slider looks really good.
  3. I don’t think it’s coincidence Robert had a good game with actual baseball weather today. Most exciting win in a while. I actually jumped off the couch when Baldwin hit that.
  4. I expect we’ll see a lot of Baldwin and Taylor in the corners. Vargas could maybe cover left too, but I would guess they’d prefer to avoid that.
  5. Think he can stay at short?
  6. All 4 affiliates have double headers, no?
  7. Watched McDougall instead withe the delay in the Barons game, and …wow. He looked filthy.
  8. Really excited to see Taylor pitch. This forum is a breath of fresh air compared to the main one.
  9. Oppor looked great. A little erratic at times, but lots of life on everything.
  10. Without reading I’m going to assume it has to do with not being owned by a guy who does the Nazi salute. Anyways, sure. He’s been a good bat in the past. Maybe he hits and you can deal him for something useful. We had Nick Maton DHing today.
  11. I’d guess something like 30-40% of top 1-5 picks have less than 1 career WAR. But anyways, why let stats get in the way of hyperbole. Enjoy the game, fellas. They’ll probably lose and who gives a s%*#.
  12. lol I guess if you add the “got to the majors so quickly and put up a roughly zero WAR over 5 years” qualifier, you may have a point. otherwise, there’s like 25-30 3rd overall picks alone that have lower career bWAR.
