  2. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Feb 27, 2005 -> 11:42 PM) I suck with both of 'em so far. My best hitter so far has been Crede Gooch and aj have also been good, besides that all of my hitters have sucked. Willie has been out-playing both S-Pod and Crede in my game.

QUOTE(KevHead0881 @ Feb 28, 2005 -> 12:02 AM) By the way, somebody should have told Hillary Swank that she wore her dress backwards. haha is it just me or does anyone else think her and Jennifer Garner could pass as twins at times??

QUOTE(KevHead0881 @ Feb 27, 2005 -> 11:59 PM) I'm actually a Sean Penn fan, but he definitely came off as a douchebag tonight. Chris Rock makes fun of everybody. If it's you or somebody you know, take it in stride...or, you know, take it as a joke. okay, is it just me, or does Penn look drunk or strung out at every awards??

QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Feb 27, 2005 -> 11:41 PM) Me? personal attacks? where's the angel smilie? Besides, my comments on his age were accompanied by a caveat that I respected his opinion but thought life experience was important when assessing art, in this case a film. have your opinion and hold it, that's fine. I'm just explaining to you my indepth analysis of that movie. I think the movie needed to be decoded, because initially I thought it was great...but in hindsight, it was quite manipulative. you're not the only person i know that thinks that way about MDB, but like i said, your insight and opinon is appreciated... as is everyone else's if they're 5 or 95
  9. On All Star, I'm playing 1 game a series and managing the other 2... as of June 1st the Big Hurt is hitting .347 I'm leading the Central by 2 over Minny and A-Row the #5 OF in the All-Star Voting. Aaron and Juan are pretty damn good in this game.

Hey sox4lifeinPA, You're are entirely entitled to your opinions, but you don't need to come on here and start talking down to people because they are younger than you or you think they are "stupid". I respect your opinions, and can we keep the "attacks" to a minimum. Who cares how old everyone is, let them enjoy what they want to enjoy.

QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Feb 27, 2005 -> 11:01 PM) edit: Sorry for the spoilers...I won't say I told you so when you get let down when you see it. 1. You asked him if he's under 25, and going by your profile, you are UNDER 25 also 2. How about going back and editing your posts, just because YOU didn't think it was good, doesn't mean you should ruin it for everyone else.
  15. QUOTE(Soxnbears01 @ Feb 27, 2005 -> 09:37 PM) its common. now whenever you see that logo, the 11 will be the first thing you'll see. The Big 10 and FedEx have the best hidden logos ever.

  24. QUOTE(Goldmember @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 01:08 PM) let it go through. it's only for a day and it's for charity. it's not like the fleet center will then be forever known as the derek jeter center... I didn't read this full article so I don't know if they touched on it, but awhile back when this first went on Ebay someone noted that there's some legal thing with the Fleet Center where it could only be renamed a certain number of times. I guess paperwork had been processed for a name prior to Fleet buying the rights, so that, plus Fleet, plus this auction would be the limit. Making it a permanent name. I doubt it'd stick, but it's what got NY people bidding.
