I totally agree with the Florida Turnpike. I was on that last year and I dunno what it is because it isn't THAT crazy, but just something about it makes you feel closed in and having a feeling of impending doom. When I finally arrived at my destination I was ready for a dozen or so beers. That was the most stressful road I have EVER driven on. I think the lanes are more narrow or something. It just like that road was cursed or something.

for ps2 alls you need is the network adapter which is like 40 bux...for xbox there is no online sadly, and that is the version im buying cuz my ps2 died but the graphics and gameplay are crisper for xbox...either way

I'm assuming you will all be the white sox in franchise mode? But are you all going to play all the games or simulate some? What about your minor league games? and your minor league rosters. I will play 1 game of every series and I may play some minor league games just for fun. I am going to rename the minor leaguers to fit our real minor leaguers. I can't wait!!!!!!!

ive read some forums with some hard core gamers and heres what they say: all those videos u see with arod, they just simply did the trade themselves. he will be on the yanks on the first update around the beginning of the season but any moves after 1/15 wont be there when u first get this game

From what I read, the majority of the minor leaguers who aren't part of the MLBPA will be in the game but will have different names/numbers than the real person. So the trick is finding out who is who. Like they will have the correct attribute points so you just need to find who is who. One cool thing to note about the Xbox version. It is the first game to use fully 3 dimensional crowds I know it's not that big of a deal, but it sure will be cool to see.

Right now I'm in Bloomington/Normal but I'm moving to the city when I graduate. I have cingular right now, which isn't that great but it works. I know we cant expect one of these unknown to come in and win 21 games, but do you guys think we have someone who is gonna just surprise us all this season? I have this gut feeling that this is gonna be a breakout year for Garland. Here's to wishful thinking

one good thing about this season, we don't really have that high of expectations like the last few years. we were usually picked to win our division and look where that got us. I think we will be competitive in our division but at least we are the underdogs this year

Hey everyone I have just signed up for a yahoo fantasy baseball league. I have never been in Fantasy Baseball before. The one I'm in is a Rotisserie (sp?) league. I'm interested if anyone can fill me in on where I can learn how to play effectively. I'm in a live draft in about a week or so. I'm just looking for general info or tips from some of you who have been in leagues like this before. thanks a ton!!

I heard about this on espn news last night. They said Soriano is 28 and not 26 like the Yankees had formerly thought. They did also mention that they found this out before the big trade and Texas did know Soriano was 28 and not 26 when the trade went down. They made it sound like no big deal. and sorry if I repeated what you said in the other thread Steff

we were actually talking about them in marketing class today. we decided that quizno's new commercials are GENIUS! they wanted to create a buzz whether it be through good commercials or bad ones, but it worked. EVERYONE is talking about them lol
