  1. They definitely played "Don't Stop Believin'" during the life story of Sarunas on TNT during the Pacers-Heat game. Talk about f***in' destiny.
  2. QUOTE(bighurt2719 @ Nov 3, 2005 -> 07:29 PM) who cares? we have the big hurt back, and that makes me very happy. Not yet.
  3. If you don't like the topic, you don't have to post/read the thread....Just a thought.
  4. QUOTE(Steff @ Nov 3, 2005 -> 05:54 PM) Listening to AM1000...? Apparently an announcement regarding Frank's buyout is to be made today. I read on WSI that Levine was saying by the end of the business day tomorrow the buy out will be official.
  5. QUOTE(Chisoxrd5 @ Nov 3, 2005 -> 02:52 PM) You people all have a real sense of security problem. Your paranoia over how much the rest of the U.S. hates you're favorite teams is pretty funny. I'm a Pacers fan, so I have no problem with the poll.
  6. It's going to be the Bulls or Bucks IMO. This division is so deep though.
  7. QUOTE(fathom @ Nov 3, 2005 -> 01:46 PM) - Brian Giles isn't an option. Don't forget, the White Sox were one of many midwest teams that were included in his no-trade clause a few years ago. Wasn't that Pre-Ozzie?
  8. Atlanta Detroit Kansas City Tennessee Tampa Bay Cincinnati Jacksonville San Diego Chicago Seattle NY Giants Pittsburgh Philadelphia Indianapolis
  9. QUOTE(Whitesoxfan56 @ Nov 3, 2005 -> 12:14 PM) I agree, but let me ask you this... What if the Sox offer the same amount of years and money as lets say the red sox, would you feel differently about him if he signed with boston Not really. The number of years is the factor in this whole thing though. I can justify 5 and big money for PK. However, with the body PK has, I don't want to give him anything over that. So, if the Sox were to offer a 6 or 7 year deal, and instead he went to Boston or LAAAAAAAAAA, I wouldn't be upset.
  10. Paulie deserves some cash after this last October, but I don't know if I want to see him get it from us for a contract that long. It seems more and more that he may be on his way out. If you are gone, thank you for your services PK. Couldn't ask for much more.
  11. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 06:10 PM) I don't think the NFL has figured out the Colts offense at all. I think Peyton Manning has realized that it makes his defense a lot better if his offense isn't such a quick-strike, off the field in 30 seconds sort of offense all the time. Yeah, it's fun to watch them score 45 a game, but it helps their team a lot more if they score 28, but hold the ball for 35-40 minutes. Hence the Edge is leading the league w/ 801 yards through 7 games.
  12. Shingo 4 Life! Have a good one man!
  13. QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Nov 1, 2005 -> 07:03 PM) No pictures?
  14. QUOTE(qwerty @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 12:15 AM) Reggie miller is by far the best analyst on tnt.
  15. QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 12:23 AM) man I feel old... Greasy, where the hell have I been that you have 11k posts?? good to see you around though. Haha hey PA. Been good, now in my sophomore year at IU. I've got a rough slate of classes this semester, but I'm still loving it down here.
  16. We should get some MVP awards. Without myself, we would not have scored in Game 2 of the LCS. Without you, we would not have won Game 3. With Willie, we would have never won Game 4. Without Widger...ummm...the balls would have never been caught.
  17. GROUP FOURRRRRRRRRRR Roll Call
  18. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Nov 1, 2005 -> 09:30 PM) How many Super Bowl rings would Brady have with the past Indy D? You don't know how many times Spiff and I have gotten into it over that same statement. ---------------------------------------------------- It must be said, the outcome of this game probably won't even determine the homefield with the way things are right now. That's what a lot of people though this game was going to be for, looking at the schedules before the season. The Colts could still lose this game, and end up w/ homefield throughout.
  19. Michigan got robbed. They should have had 3 gold gloves, AT LEAST.
  20. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Nov 1, 2005 -> 12:45 PM) Nice reply ^^^ You definitely got him beat this time. That's one thing I hate when we see people gripe about the media here, they just make us look worse by responding. You definitely didn't here.
  21. I agree with where you put the Heat, hammer. I really don't like this insane team they put together. I just don't see that putting them ahead of where they were last year. Too many egos.
  22. Yeah, that was in the special Tribune Sunday too. Also, it was kind of funny seeing Citgo, I think congratulate Ozzie. Since they get a lot of their gas from Venezuela.
