This team should still be talented enough, but that's true. Some reason our country doesn't seem to have the same pride about these type of things. I guarantee every other team has their absolute best players on the court.

I really like Mike Patrick as a broadcaster; he's great for football and basketball on the network. However, it's great that Summerall is in the booth for the time being; it'd be cool if he can stick around after Patrick comes back.

Pitching may be their weakness, but it's gotten them the best record in the AL. They're a game worse than the Cardinals in both the win and loss columns for best record in all of baseball. I can't say I wouldn't mind having their pitching problems.

I can live with that.

I respect that you actually back up your points instead of just saying "The White Sox will lose 100 straight games." and leave it at that. But however, I have a question. If you're so positive that the Sox are done for the season, why are you still here?

Our best chance is still in the division. True, we're 3.5 back in the Wild Card race, but we're chasing 3 teams in that race. The Rangers, Red Sox, and Angels are all ahead of us in that race. We only have to worry about one team in the divisonal race; that's our best and most realistic shot at the playoffs.

I think he's just making a point that we have to play for the now. We have to win and play the best we can with out Frank and Mags. And as we know right now, Frank and Mags are not on the roster. I think it's just a mindset he's trying to implement.

No offense towards you when I say this, but who cares? I'm more concerned about what the Twins do.
