  1. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jul 15, 2016 -> 06:25 PM) Whoops Brock. Estrogen blocker is seemingly what he popped for, same category as what Jon Jones did. Typically used after coming off a cycle.
  2. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 22, 2016 -> 09:56 AM) I think it's different when Roman is supposed to be...excuse me here but The Guy for the company. I think it's going to be hard to completely stay away from this stuff if he goes on good morning america or the today show or whatever with this hovering over him but we'll see. Anywho, Mauro and Daniel Bryan are going to be calling the Cruiserweight Classic so that's pretty awesome. Yeah, I agree, they want him to start taking Cena's place as the face of the company with Make-a-Wish and those types of deals, so is slightly different then those listed, and those I listed were also more over with the fans. There's a lot of talk that Angle is going to be coming back in some capacity, that's about a big of 180 that the company has done on someone lately.
  3. QUOTE (Brian @ Jun 21, 2016 -> 05:21 PM) Agreed. Could've had Seth win via count out because Roman was too hurt to get back in the ring. If they're doing 3 way at BG and wasting, I wonder if they're hoping Brock wins UFC and put him in SummerSlam main event. Well, if I was WWE my first hope wouldn't be Brock winning, it would be Mark Hunt not severely injuring him, be it physical or reputation. Orton, Jeff Hardy and Mysterio have all had failures and still got pushed, if Roman is still Vince's guy, this will be a blip on the radar
  4. Roman suspended 30 days for violation of wellness policy. On wwe.com. Interesting to see how WWE handles him upon his return, their chosen ones have had issues in the past, but they're pretty much forgotten once they come back.
  5. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 20, 2016 -> 03:59 PM) Right. The Reigns shows in bigger cities with the massive push he's received. And I know at least with in the last month that Dean's headlining shows have actually done better which is pretty crazy too. Maybe Vince is finally realizing that Roman isn't Cena or maybe that's all a coincidence, who knows. Yeah, I believe Meltzer breaks it down on one of the audios on his site that I plan on listening to on drive home, if there's details I'll discuss.
  6. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 5, 2016 -> 07:01 PM) I'm guessing Phil Brooks. I'd bet they do something with Ronda too but who knows. They've already reached out to Paige VanZant about doing something at Summerslam. Makes sense, attractive and she was a finalist on Dancing With the Stars, which still gets good ratings. Saw report on f4wonline
  7. QUOTE (Brian @ Jun 5, 2016 -> 07:37 AM) They're just using Brock for buys...and it'll work. I may order as well. Chances they give him a good opponent or just an easy fight? If he loses, his wwe image takes a hit. He is fighting Mark Hunt. Not an easy opponent, his record is deceiving as he was very one dimensional in his early days, and he's 7-4-1 in the UFC in this run, and two of those loses, his most recent ones, were against Werdum and Miocic, the current champ and the guy he beat for the belt. I think this surprises me most because Hunt has some of, if not the most, vicious power in his hands in the whole HW division. This guy is a flat-out one punch KO artist and he shattered Struve's jaw with one punch. Big risk by Vince and Brock here, a competitive loss might not have hurt his image, but a highlight reel KO could, and Hunt has numerous ones to his name.
  8. QUOTE (3GamesToLove @ May 25, 2016 -> 01:14 PM) International tournament season! Anyone going to the Copa America? Due to a StubHub listing error I was able to get venue passes (tickets to all four matches at Soldier Field) for a fraction of the price. I'm pretty pumped. I'm going to the U.S. v. Costa Rica game on 6/7 in the Outlaw section.
  9. http://www.f4wonline.com/ufc-news/ufc-sale...t-expect-212571 UFC reportedly in advanced talks to sell. Dana White is strongly denying it. Would be very interesting if it happened.
  10. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 6, 2016 -> 12:00 PM) I had no idea Santino and Hornswoggle were still part of the roster The Santino part has to be just some lingering paperwork. He retired because of an injury and has been running a wrestling school in Canada for a bit of time now.
  11. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 4, 2016 -> 02:30 PM) it wasnt that altercation Brian was referring to, it was a tweet that Wolf posted a few days ago Yeah, I was confused, that exchange is seemingly from November of 2014.
  12. QUOTE (chw42 @ May 2, 2016 -> 04:13 PM) He looked like 2014 Hazard. Impeccable dribbling and ball control. That shot was also a beauty. Lloris had no shot to stop it. http://screamer.deadspin.com/heres-the-ede...-pre-1774323263 Quick link to it.
  13. QUOTE (chw42 @ May 2, 2016 -> 03:49 PM) HAZARD! It took 35 weeks for him to finally show up. Never thought I'd be rooting for Chelsea against Spurs. That was one hell of a goal!
  14. QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ May 2, 2016 -> 07:41 AM) Video on Facebook of Enzo getting stretchered into the ambulance last night, and Cass leaning against the wall, head in his arms really upset. Really sad to see. Hopefully Enzo comes back Owens posted on twitter (he travels with Enzo and Cass) a pic of Enzo standing and talking to Cass, then, I believe WWE posted one of him out of hospital! Seems like "just" a concussion, which, considering the whiplash motion reminded me of the Perro Aguyo Jr. death, is good news.
  15. http://www.f4wonline.com/ufc-news/conor-mc...-ufc-200-211716 Connor tweeted he's back on UFC 200, nothing official from UFC yet.
  16. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 22, 2016 -> 07:29 AM) Anyone else trying to figure out why WWE has done a complete 180 since WrestleMania and it's been a smark's wet dream ever since? There's been injuries as well, so others have been getting some run. I imagine when Cena and Orton come back, mixed with Roman, it will be a lot of the same old, same old... for top of the card, I'm hoping Rollins comeback will add some excitement and variety.
  17. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Apr 21, 2016 -> 09:51 AM) Hey guys, Mcgregor is unretired. NO WAY!!!
  18. QUOTE (OmarComing25 @ Apr 20, 2016 -> 06:17 PM) Scratch that he actually has 5 of them. Even worse. Then there's the year Palmero played about 30 games at 1b, rest at DH.... and won the GG for 1st.
  19. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Apr 18, 2016 -> 11:04 PM) The Anderson and Gallows stuff continues to be super intriguing because they can go so many ways with it. Interested to see the payoff. and I wouldn't mind a slow build with it, keep it a mystery, especially if it leads to Balor coming in.
  20. They didn't name the kid Drake? f*** that, that's not family first
  21. Am I missing something? I'm in logan square and it's cold, but no rain
  22. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 1, 2016 -> 06:49 AM) Bryan Alvarez-"As of Today The Hell in a Cell is Going on Last" I think on Raw they called it the "main event" at one point too. They really have no option, if VMK is going to still push Reigns as a babyface they can't end Mania with a showering of boos on him. It will be bad enough it will be 2nd to last, but they'll have an over Shane and one of their most popular stars of all time close out the show to help mask it.
  23. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Mar 30, 2016 -> 02:09 PM) By Andrew Simon / MLB.com | 2:08 PM ET + 0 COMMENTS Jimmy Rollins has made the Opening Day roster for the White Sox. Chicago purchased Rollins' contract from Triple-A Charlotte on Wednesday, and he will be in the lineup at shortstop for Monday's season opener against the A's in Oakland. Rollins, entering his 17th season, signed a Minor League contract with the Sox in February, and he entered Wednesday batting .354 (17-for-48) this spring with four home runs and 13 RBIs. The Sox also made two other roster moves ahead of Wednesday's Cactus League game against the Reds, optioning right-hander Scott Carroll to Charlotte and outrighting righty Jacob Turner to the same affiliate. Those transactions leave Chicago with 29 players in Major League camp, including 13 pitchers. The club's 40-man roster remains at 37. Does this make Danks and Latos 4 and 5?
