Sweet, Family Guy on DVD....Here's the questionn, will they some how make new episodes for it?
  2. I say if a women or man wants to do it, go for it. I'll say this, Brittney Spears is very attractive. Some can say she isn't a performer and doesn't have a great voice, but hey, thats not for me to decide, I don't buy her cd's. I just pay attention to her commercials. Maybe its wrong they flaunt their body, but when people show of their minds, how different is it? I mean either way your showing things off. Ya, one has to do with physical ability, while other has to do with mental ability, but remember, not everyone is gifted in either capacity. When it comes to who I want for life, I want a mixture of both, but that don't mean either of them are wrong. Don't know if anyone else can make sense of this, but its how my strange mind works.

    DA BULLS

Damn, that was the best Bulls game I've watched in a long time. They whipped the living crap out of the Orlando Magic. My boy Marcus Fizer was playing real good. The guy has some real nice moves, and when he's passing, then he's really on. I think he was really forcing things early in the season when he'd get so few minutes. Rose, Marshall, Crawford, Hoiberg, Marshall, and JWill also had good games. Hassel is also looking like he's regaining his stroke, which is great to see. WAY TO GO BULLS, thats 2 in a ROW!!
  4. I've been doing some thinking, and if those so called Cubs rumors of Hill, Zambrono, and Farnsworth for Vazquez, Vidro and Tatis are true, then maybe the Sox could work something up where they land Vazquez. I'd say Vazquez and Vidro, but that just isn't likely, because they both make decent money. Anyway, how about Willie Harris or Tim Hummel, Matt Ginter, and Jeff Liefer for Javier Vazquez. Just throwing it out their. The Expos could then deal Vidro, and then let Harris play 2nd(they seem to want to trade Vidro), while the Sox then use Graffy and Hummel or Harris. Liefer is decent and all, but hey, Hollandsworth can be had, and we can hold onto Lee. This way if Thomas, Rowand or Lee go down or even PK and Maggs, Hollandsworth can step right in. Plus, Todd will provide the left handed bat off the bench.
  5. I think right now guys like Byrd, Daal, Sidney Ponson, Shawn Estes, and James Baldwin and the cheaper groups are the most likely options. Outside shots are Vazquez, Colon, or Ortiz.
  6. They definately over-paid for Olerud. I think we overpaid for PK, but I'll take Paulie over Olerud any day of the week. PK is only getting better while Jon is on the downside of his career, althoug he's still a very serviceable vet.
  7. Here's the thing. Manuel just says s*** for the sake of saying it. He doesn't think ahead, just whatever is on his mind that day. Manuel is a fool. I don't mind him, but all he does is yap, instead of thinking what the players will think about it. If players here this is going to happen or that is going to happen they expect to see it, of course with Manuel, odds are he was just talking out of his ass, and it isn't going to happen. Why can't he just shut up when it comes to personell moves, unless he's already talked to the said player.
  8. Well we all know if it was up to me, we'd probably be screwed on depth in the middle infield cause I'd dump Manos for the sake of dumping him. That would position us with 3 youngsters getting the majority of the time(Hummel, Harris, Jimenez) and then Graffy backing them up.
  9. I tend to think Rogers is pretty good. I liked his write ups on the prospects and he actually is one of the few reporters that seems to know something about the teams he's covering.
  10. In the writing they still mention the homer porch, of course they also mention they are renovating old comiskey park.
  11. Witesoxfan is right on the money, Kevin Towers is a damn good gm. Of course I do like the one deal we made with him. One player on the Pads I"d be interested in is Mark Kotsay. I love that guy in the outfield and at the plate. Too bad the Pads won't even think of moving him. Of course it isn't like we really need him. I like the Tomko idea, but he can be had cheaply. He isn't figuring to be in their rotation this year and from what I've heard on the local radio they are looking to move him. His value isn't that high, so maybe we could swing a Miles and Ginter for Tomko deal. We know the Pads could use some infield help. I don't want to move Hummell, but could definately move Miles.
  12. we can package lee and some others for one of a young stud pit in the sd farm. russ is nice but not worth a package from the sox. plus i don't think we should get into a bidding war for him. Well, I like the Padres young pitchers, but they aren't looking to deal them. If they did want to pick someone up from the Padres I'd look at Brian Lawrence as a veteran presence. He's a pretty damn good pitcher, imo. Of course, I wouldnt' give them a ton. Also, I don't think they are interested in Lee as they will most likely have Nevin in the outfield or first while Klesko plays the outfield, and then Kotsay. Of course that still leaves room for Lee, but I thought they were paying Trammell some decent money, so who knows.

Matt....Ian resized it for ya, I just put it back up. Its looking cool though.
  14. Exactly. I think actually think he did the right thing. Their is no excuse for beating your wife.
  15. Supposedly the pics are going to be put back up at the end of the week. The question is what will they look like.

    DA BEARS PLAY

    I don't either, he's a redshirt sophmore though, so he's eligible.
  17. I still remember when I was working at this grocery store in Orange County when Finley and his wife came in. My buddy and I got his autograph. He was real cool. The manager b****ed at us, but hey, we weren't working their long anyway. Too bad his wife beat the tar out of him.
  18. I wish I was in on that chat. I like reading what Rogers has to say. He seems to bring up valid points most of the time, and he does a great job covering both teams without too much bias, a hard thing to do.
  19. My god, thats millions, or am I doing the math wrong. From what that shows, mutiple 200k or so by 42 shares and wow.
  20. I'd definately like Finley. I think he'll ask for too much money though. Are the Cards going to resign him? He'd definately be a great leader for the team. Hey, Buerhle wants to go to St. Louis, how bout we bring a little of St. Louis to him(Not that Finley was their long) By the way, welcome to the board.
  21. You can't keep him only because you gave up a lot for him. You keep him because you have confidence in him and you think he can rebound. If the Sox don't feel that way, then cut him lose. You can't go around fearing the media will rip you apart for every move, cause hey, most gm's fail plenty of times.
  22. I kind of think that this trade is going to turn into Ritchie for Wells. If Ritchie pitches like I think he can, it won't be too horrible. I hated the deal when it was made because I loved Kip, but I think Ritchie has some damn good stuff. Too bad stuff ain't everything.
  23. Is anyone interested in picking up Shawn Estes? I think he's a decent pitcher, and I'd take him over Daal if he would be willing to sign for Daal like money.
  24. Remember, Ortiz has done a lot more then Ritchie ever has.
