  1. It's a good idea for gary cause he's helping out his team, but it's bad for the yanks cause he' not young enough to play third anymore. (not the range he had back then.) but I'm not convinced the yanks would do that.
  2. Ok dreaming is not the right word for Brando Sox-r-us, How about...you must think the White Sox are the Yankee$ if you think we can afford a pitcher who wants about 10 or so million a year, or would take less money if we were SERIOUS contenders (yanks, redsox, cubs, mariners, astros, etc..) Hows that..
  3. I still wouldn't be surprised if Willie improved this year quite a bit. Maybe hits .260-.280 or so compared to wwhat he's done in recent years. You never know.
  4. Steff, when you always say "I hope I'm wrong," don't you always feel your usually right..?
  5. Wow WH13, I'm surprised you didn't put Willie at #1.
  6. I would just take a shot and say Munoz is the only one I see making any ML apperance based on his age and where he is right now. (AAA-21 yrs. old) The other is up for grabs. Maybe because Sweeney and Valido won't make it till 2007 or 2008.
  7. Sweeeeet! I heard he is pretty good on the guitar. Hell, when I first heard Kelly Wunsch talk, I thought he could hold a note or two in singing.
  8. 1. Rowand (just give him a CHANCE) 2. Crede (is gonna be one hell of a player in the near future) 3. Konerko (no way he'll have another year like last year. Except him back to his old form.) 4. Koch (surprised he wasn't on the list. He'll also rebound to what I believe very respectable numbers) 5. Harris (if ozzie can teach him to get on base consistantly, maybe bunt/slap the ball like a Luis Castillo like, look out!) 6. Olivo (He'll learn to lay off the curve. Still young enough to fine tune his swing. He'll be a good player himself. He'll improve this year, but not to a degree like the others... YET)
  9. Aint it?! He and Barry Zito are really down to earth dudes. Gotta love Kelly.
  10. I went with Billy just because I don't see him having two bad years in a row. But who knows, I could be wrong, but I went with Koch.
  11. Yea that's I like about it too. Plus my comp. doesn't go too slow because theres not alot of ppl on at that time.

    Butterfly Effect

Yea I remember that one. That's why I'm still hoping, somehow, they can punk his ass out.

    Butterfly Effect

I would like to see someone punk his ass so bad on his own show "punk'd." I would laugh my ass off.

    DBZ Live Action

Just thinking the same thing. I'm a huge DBZ fan but I don't understand this.

    Butterfly Effect

All my friends are talking about that movie. They say it's really good. That's why now I want to see it.
  16. Did mark pitch like his record, or did he did unfortunite mishaps in situational games? I rest my case.
  17. That's been my whole point. He didn't get any defensive help the first half. That's why his Run to Earned run avg. was high. I've been saying they shouldn't blame Burehle for any underacheving the sox did last season.
  18. Stats don't mean anything if you find a way to win games. How do you think he had a great record and good era the second half of the season? And he could have won alot of games this year (from beginning to end) if he had defensive help.
  19. Watch what you say. If Willie does live up to his potential, and is a good player, I can see you begging for his autograph and he turns you down..
  20. I can understand blaming Konerko (we all know why) and Frank (for his attitude), but I don't understand why he would blame Buehrle. The guy had no defensive help all season, and his Runs compared to his Earned Run average is incredible. Plus, he did improve ALOT during the All Star break. The sox were in the playoff hunt when he was pitching well. it's not his fault.
  21. I'd rather be a sox fan and just live through struggles (if any) and listen to a great announcer in Hawk Harrelson and a hellofa sidekick in DJ, then to wait another eternity to win something, and listen to serious BS and dont know a clue about baseball in chip carry n a guy who brags too much on cub pitchers in steve stone. :fthecubs
  22. So you would rather have a guy who's in his early 30's and has been having control problems for the last two years he's been here. Or would you rather have a kid who's in his early 20's who hasn't pitched a whole season, has alot of upside, and is still learning how to pitch? I rest my case.
