  1. Did you notice that the ChiSox were not even sniffed at in the piece? The Cubs are the only team in Chicago don't you know. Funny, I would say that the White Sox are in more cursed and dire straits than the Red Sox. Last Championship 1917 (Sawks 1918) Last WS appearance 1959 (RS 1986) Last playoff series win? 1917 (RS last year) I think the media and fans in general think that trading the Babe wasn't Boston's fault but somehow the NOT CONVICTED "Black Sox" guys and the White Sox franchise in general deserve to lose. :fyou all you Cubbie and Red Sox Koolaid drinkin' motherf***ers.

  4. Unfortunately, when it comes to the Sox.. the media wants proof of success as opposed to the Sawks, Yankmees and Flubs.

  6. Well for one thing.. Loaiza probably will not have the same success as last season. Secondly, Colon (no matter what you think of him) is gone and he was not replaced with a pitcher of the same quality. Even with his down year.. he still had quite a few CGs and Ks. No pitcher added to the SP roster has experienced the same success in his past to prove to me that he is a good enough replacement for Colon. Lastly, the Sox didn't improve in the offseason.. they stayed fairly stagnant. No improvements, one major SP loss equals... 85 to 87 wins. Believe me.. if they win more than that I will be the first one to say I was wrong.

  20. Schoeny was a RP last year.. why should the Sox suddenly think he can be more than a 2 IP per outing pitcher?

    GOD DAMNIT!

Don't you guys know by now that reality shows are fixed? Survivor, American Idol etc.. all the winners were chosen by the producers ahead of time. Zach deserved to win, but ESPN wants a pretty lapdog.
