  1. I went through three pages to try and figure out what Cleveland's and the Cubs' players have to do with Hahn's performance. I still don't see the correlation.
  2. QUOTE (Middle Buffalo @ Jun 17, 2016 -> 02:02 PM) Does your father in law play cards and eat pizza? Only when his wife is out of town.
  3. Up to Chicago, back to Charlotte. Pretty much not a prospect any more.
  4. Pretty solid as a MLB guy. No longer a prospect.
  5. Traded to San Diego in the Shields trade.
  6. Ran into Shuck and got hurt. Been middling as a MLB player so far.
  7. Cash sounds like Jason Werth.
  8. I thoroughly enjoy Deadspin, but their editor is a piece of trash.
  9. Curbelo lists himself as a member of the White Sox on Twitter.
  10. He's a free agent. I wonder if he'd be a decent DH option.
  11. PRESS 11111 IF YOU LIKE MEGADETH
  12. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 15, 2016 -> 07:50 AM) Not really...because Erik Johnson doesn't have 1/2 of Daniel Hudson's talent. Clayton Richard and Eric Stults have looked serviceable as starters in SD. Look at Drew Pomeranz this year, compared to what he did in Colorado or Cleveland. I mean in the sense that it gets dragged up over and over through the years left on Shields' contract while he's on the Sox. Especially if Johnson is even remotely successful.
  13. This is going to be Edwin Jackson/Daniel Hudson all over again, isn't it?
  14. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jun 14, 2016 -> 06:25 PM) Sox are so dysfuctional. They are gonna let Shields go out turn after turn and pitch way worse than Erik J would have. Dumb. Erik never had a fair chance here. Shields blows. He's worse than Danks. But, he can't be bad. He was on the Royals.
  15. Eating anything on weed may make it seem like the best ever.
  16. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 14, 2016 -> 03:17 PM) They felt sorry for you. Must be the extra Y in his name.
  17. QUOTE (LVSoxFan @ Jun 14, 2016 -> 01:57 PM) You know I would love to believe again after that awesome comeback last night but watch: we'll score one run tonight and lose again. That's usually how it's been going. For years. It was going this way when I watched them in the '80s.
  18. It feels like Ventura is "showing fire" and getting ejected so much recently because of past criticism that he's too passive as a manager. He's trying to save his job by changing himself.
  19. Well done, guys. As an Admin, I see the hard work that's done behind the scenes as well. Your job is very appreciated!
  20. I was wondering as to why they were dumping Hawaiian Punch on Eaton.
  21. Finally saw Civil War tonight. Pretty powerful, but the Ant Man dialog and scenes weren't that great, nor did they have the same effect as they did in the solo film. When he becomes Giant Man, it's almost hilarious.
  22. I didn't even have a bachelor party. We had the rehearsal dinner, then got married the next day. Strip clubs are so cliche'. I personally just never had an interest in looking at naked women the night before I was with my wife. It felt like a bit of a betrayal.
  23. QUOTE (Tony @ Jun 12, 2016 -> 08:07 PM) Yeah, it was really good. And I think for a lot of people that fall into a younger generation, they have never seen or heard a lot about the athletic career of OJ. I stayed in with the girl last night and watched, she loved the OJ show on FX and is 30+, but never knew how good of an athlete he really was, how big of a deal he was, how big of a star he really was. He was the unsung star of the Naked Gun movies.
  24. It would be nice if WLS got more sports programming. I wouldn't even care if McNeil was involved.
  25. QUOTE (shysocks @ Jun 10, 2016 -> 11:03 AM) Nice and simple, just like it was with Rodon. It wasn't that simple with Rodon.
