  1. I have 2 Puggles...in which are a hybrid with Pug and Beagle and I think they are awesome dogs. Very playful and friendly. Be careful though the beagle in them loves to bark and sometimes howl. Above all else though if you do decide to get a dog... ADOPT!! This is my Puggle Roxy...that was her as a pup... she is now about 30+ pounds.
  2. Also keep in mind this kid is only 9!! http://youtube.com/watch?v=2y1oPJhpvxU&feature=related
  3. Exactly the fastest skater was so much better with the old way. It made no sense what so ever. D. Keith blew away Campbell in his race though so it was nice to see. Hell in the shootout/slum dunk contest, they showed that 9 yr old kid that did and awesome trick and it completely blew out any of the pros tricks.
  4. God a league with 3 on 3 with no checking would be figure skating with sticks...lol. Yeah his second was a thing of beauty. Glad I was wrong about not drafting him due to his size...oops. I thought the shootout shots at the end were ok but it seems they are trying to turn it into the dunk contest.
  5. Anyone watch the Young Stars game yesterday?? Man Kane looked awesome. 3 on 3 action so it was flying and Kaner scored on 2 break aways and probably could have scored on 2 other ones...man he is magic. I would have like to have seen Toews play in it too.
  6. By the sounds of Savard, Skille will be back because he is playing with passion while others are playing like deadbeats. I would bet Skille gets recalled, he was only sent down to get some work while the ASB is going on.
  7. Who cares, The Sox and every other owner were pretty much enablers in this matter. Even if some owners didn't like it, not one of them said or did anything to stop it. This isn't news at all. Moronotti just trying to stir the pot as always.
  8. Reports yesterday out of New York suggested Rangers defenceman Marek Malik might be traded soon. Here's the latest on his status. NEW YORK POST: Jay Greenberg reports Rangers defenceman Marek Malik sat for refusing to shake head coach Tom Renney's hand following the Rangers 4-0 victory over the Atlanta Thrashers on Tuesday and was scratched from last night's game for that reason. Greenberg claims Malik is available but his salary and status as a seventh defenceman won't net the Rangers a top four defenceman or power-play point man. NEW YORK DAILY NEWS: John Dellapina also reports on the Malik snub of Renney as why he's currently not in the lineup. NEWSDAY: Steve Zipay reports the possibility of Malik being suspended or traded soon, perhaps as early as today. SPECTOR'S NOTE: Hat tip to Warren Mason for the Daily News link. It's been rumored for some time now that the Rangers are trying to move the disgruntled Malik. It might take a little time but I think he'll be playing for another NHL team by the trade deadline, although Rangers fans shouldn't get their hopes up for a significant return.
  9. I know I was just reading there and they have so many damn whiners and criers there. Everything is far too negative. I don't think it would even be enjoyable to post there. I thought they had a thread saying no more new registries...maybe I m wrong though.
  10. 300 level won't allow new posters there...kind of wierd but I guess its their deal.
  11. Thats what I have been saying for awhile now. The D actually looks pretty good but the offense is lacking. DT needs to be looking for a top 6 forward.
  12. Funky, since you are a Rangers fan whats your take on Malik??
  13. If Ek says its going to happen then you can pretty much bet it won't
  14. Unless they wanted to keep using Buff at wing. In which hopefully not.
  15. I just read that about Malik and I wouldn't be against him. He is solid in his own end and could be paired up with his old partner in Sopel. Its another wait and see deal.
  16. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Jan 24, 2008 -> 01:26 PM) Alright, so if Cain was really on the table, do you change the offer to Fields for Cain, and go with Joe at 3b?? If Crede does prove himself healthy in ST then sure I would go that route. Also, needless to say the Sox would then have to lock Crede up long term then.
  17. Some interesting info from Spector. SCOUTING THE SCOUTS. BUFFALO NEWS: John Vogl reported Tuesday the Sabres press box seating had two seats reserved for Chicago Blackhawks scouts and there was a media pass for Blackhawks GM Dale Tallon. The 'Hawks are in the market for a puckmoving defenceman leading Vogl to suggest Tallon might have interest in Sabres blueliner Brian Campbell, who recently broke off talks with the Sabres. TAMPA TRIBUNE: Carter Gaddis reports Dallas Stars co-GM Brett Hull and director of player personnel Dave Taylor and Chicago Blackhawks scout Marc Bergevin were in attendance for Tuesday's Lightning-Edmonton Oilers game. Gaddis was uncertain which club the Stars were watching but claimed Bergevin was focussed on the Lightning.
  18. Doesn't matter how the offseason went.... haven't you all read the columnists in this town?? The Sox are doomed and the Scrubs are destinted ....Man these writers make me want to vomit.
  19. Thats too bad... I thought he was a pretty good actor too.
  20. Too bad they couldn't teach him a cutter...
  21. "The press box seating chart had two seats reserved for scouts from the Chicago Blackhawks, who played in Phoenix on Saturday. There was also a media pass for Blackhawks General Manager Dale Tallon at the entrance. Tallon is on record saying Chicago needs a puck-moving defenseman. Brian Campbell, an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season who has cut off contract talks with the Sabres, is a puck-moving defenseman. " http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/story/257696.html
  22. I am ...they say George Lucas has done the animation for this show. Looks to be interesting.
