Buff is playing a good game so far. I like that he is being aggressive. Nice shot on that goal as well. -
It would be nice if these guys could catch a damn pass....yeah some aren't the best thrown but still catchable...

I wonder if Atlanta would consider trading Ilya Kovalchuk....He would be awesome in a Hawks uni. More of a pipe dream I am sure but hell with as bad as they are if they could get some pieces for him..just maybe. -
I am very anxious to get Assassin's Creed. This game looks awesome.

I was told by my vet that a diet of potato and rice is very good for dogs with allergies. Here is a link I found with some info on allergies in dogs. http://www.lucythewonderdog.com/food-allergies.htm

QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Oct 23, 2007 -> 03:48 PM) Interesting. I think the Hawks would be making a mistake trading away Brooks, but if the package was right, shipping off Seabrook, acquiring a scoring punch, then coming back and signing Markov could be a really solid move. EDIT: Looking at the page, the article you posted was published in late February. Ahhh nice catch....wonder why that was still up on that page. I obviously didn't pay any attention to that.... -

"According to Spectorstraderumors and hockeybuzz.com the Chicago Blackhawks are willing to part ways with prospect defenceman Brent Seabrook in order to obtain a second line centre or a promising young centre. The teams beleived to be interested are Edmonton, Philadelphia, Ottawa, and Minnesota. hockeybuzz claims to have this from an extremely solid source. It is also speculated that this will go fast or not at all, and that three other teams (that are unknown) are also putting together mega packages. Seen this on hockeytraderumors.com Now I would be a little disappointed if the Hawks trade Seabrook. Yes he has struggled but I think they would be better keeping him.. of course it would depend on what they could get in return as well though. -

By the looks of it the Hawks still need another offense weapon to really be able to compete. -
Bears need a #1 WR... Moose is at most a #2 anymore. Also would help to have a quality QB as well but hey one thing at a time around here....

Tomohiro Nioka Could Come To MLB Tomohiro Nioka is a 31 year-old shortstop for the Yomiuri Giants of Japan. He's starting to generate a little buzz as a possible MLB crossover this winter, especially given the weak free agent shortstop market. Nioka will be a free agent this winter (no posting fee required). I haven't seen any recent quotes indicating that he wants to come over here, but he did say "I'd most definitely consider playing in the Major Leagues" back in 2003. The Daily Herald's Scot Gregor notes that the White Sox could opt to pursue Nioka over Juan Uribe. The Sox have had success in the past with the Tadahito Iguchi and Shingo Takatsu signings. Richard Griffin of the Toronto Star expects Nioka to come over, but doesn't see the Jays signing him. Nioka hit .295/.346/.457 with 20 HR in 508 ABs this year. You can find his earlier numbers here. I talked to one Japanese fan who considers Nioka a poor man's Akinori Iwamura. He ranks Nioka's defense as good but not great. It seems likely that Nioka's teammate, pitcher Koji Uehara, will attempt the jump to MLB this year. Perhaps Nioka will follow suit and plug a hole for the White Sox, Blue Jays, Devil Rays, Giants, or Cardinals.

In other Hawks news... Rocky takes over the Hawks and Peter steps down..... The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that Rocky Wirtz will assume the role of Chairman of the Chicago Blackhawks. Peter Wirtz has resigned his position as Vice President of the team but will retain his role as President of Bismarck Enterprises. "In my new role, I look forward to working with General Manager Dale Tallon and Head Coach Denis Savard," he continued. "I feel the team is in good hands under Dale's guidance and leadership. We are all focused on putting a winning team on the ice and winning the Stanley Cup." -

I woudlnt mind seeing Satan here... I would certainly get that Jersey. BOSTON GLOBE: Kevin Paul Dupont predicts Columbus's Sergei Fedorov, Boston's PJ Axelsson and the Islanders Miroslav Satan are the three "most likely to be traded" this season. He feels Fedorov could be enticing to a Cup contender, the Bruins need for more blueline depth makes Axelsson expendable and Satan could be destined for Chicago depending on how their young forwards pan out.
