Its amazing to see already how the landscape is changing with all these "Great" teams having to drop major players to be able to afford their teams...so many players moving about. It will be hard to recognize teams for abit.

A guy I would like to see the Hawks go after is Adam Deadmarsh and also a guy they were after a couple years ago in Chris Gratton. Not #1 type guys but would be much improved over some of the guys the Hawks have....

Has anyone gotten Ziggy Palffy as of yet?? If not Tallon should do his best to get him signed...He would be hella firepower. IMO Also from what I have read in various reports that Roenick has not been dealt as of yet...so there is still a chance I guess...

I for one hope at the end of this season you see PK sign on with someone else....I can hardly stand to watch him anymore...its great he hits some homers but he doesn't do much more than that..IMO

Kovalev could be the best hockey player on the planet if he would try hard night in and night out. The guy has awesome skills and ability but just seems to be the typical Russian with being lazy more so than not....

Hawks with a very good signing there...if $Bill is actually going to spend some money, I don't think I will know how to act or think about it. I am hoping the Hawks somehow bring Palffy and Pronger in...that would boost this team major like. I am not so sure about getting Madano.

Niedermayer.....DEAD!!! I wouldn't mind having Scott on the Hawks...he would replace Berard and is more defensive than him as well. Anton Babcuk should get another shot to see what he can do. I know Yawney was less than impressed with him last season though...

Sweeney is a hell of a lot better teammate type than Kong could ever hope to be... did anyone else catch what Konerko was talking with the 1st base coach of Baltimore, I believe it was saturday when Contreras was pitching and the coach said to Kong something to the effect "I haven't ever seen Contreras pitch b4 and he seems darn good" to which Konerko said "Yeah but sometimes he does something really stupid" Not that he is wrong but you don't say stuff like that...esp when one of the two are miked up...

I would have Anderson or Leighton replace him...yes not great but TBo gets a lot weaker as the season goes on. Either that or find a goalie in FA market to replace him.
