Me too. I don't know why I can't sleep. I'm not stressed.. I don't think I am overly tired (which I have heard makes some people restless). I eat right, I work out, I try to keep on a fairly normal schedule.. but I toss and turn relentlessly. And no matter what time I goto bed I am awake at 4:30 ish - which is good since I usually use that time to run.. but sucks when we're at the game or out the night before. Once in a blue moon I will take an afternoon nap on the weekends.. but that's pretty rare.
Maybe you need a different bed...either its too soft or solid. I had a bed that was way too soft and I could never get good sleep.
