Its typical for this kind of crap. Cubune of course is going to back their team. The only real advantages I see for the Scrubs is their starters 3B and maybe SS and those are even debatable. Other than that I give the advantage to the Sox. IMO

I won't miss him either... I know this will be a bit unpopular but maybe he can take Hawk and DJ with him... Hawks Schtick is getting old to me and DJ adds absolutely nothing to a broadcast...IMO

LOS ANGELES (Ticker) - The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking overseas for some help replacing Adrian Beltre. The Dodgers and veteran third baseman Norihiro Nakamura came to terms on a contract that will give the Japanese slugger a chance to make the roster. The 31-year-old Nakamura, who has spent the last 12 years in Japan's Pacific League, hit just .247 with 19 homers in an injury-plagued 2004 season. In December 2002, the New York Mets thought they had a deal with the slugger, who backed out at the last instant. Beltre had a breakout 2004 season, leading the major leagues with 48 homers. But he opted to leave for Seattle via free agency and Los Angeles signed free-swinging Jose Valentin as a potential replacement. Nakamura, who also has won a series of awards for defensive excellence, is expected to compete with prospect Antonio Perez and veteran Olmedo Saenz for a backup role. Saenz and Nakamura also could see time as part of a platoon at first base with Hee-Seop Choi.

My wife too is a Packer Backer..DOH. Her whole family is actually so its always fun giving each other hell once they play. She is a Sox fan though so its all good there...

I think its a very good thing for them to open this up to young people as well as others. For the simple fact people have been hiding their heads in the sand on so many different subjects pretending these things don't really exist or you're some kind of freak if you do them. If they would teach instead of make people think its terrible maybe there would be a lot more acceptance in the world..not only about gays but cultural differences and racial as well....that's just me though.

I have no problem with them saying the Twins are the favorites. They have to be with winning the division for 3 years in a row. Most times when the Sox are picked to be the favorite they tend to gag like dogs...ie the last 3 years.
